today was my first day on this game. i was a fawn and i have already learned how to communicate. i am a fast learner and i have found seven players with the same symbol as me. i have learned a lot from the other players. i cant wait to grow up and have the pelts and antlers and masks be permanent. but i do wish i could have this thing to track friends.

as the title says, I'm a bit confused.

It's about the DotD (Skeleton, right?) and Zombie (grey/green-ish with wounds) Pelts.
I know that the Skull Mask is only available on October, but I'm a bit confused about the Pelts.

Is the Skeleton Pelt also available on October? Or is that only the Zombie Pelt?

I really like the Skeleton Pelt and I thought: Well I'll have to wait till October to get it.
But then I read something about the DotD Pelt not being available anymore and such things. Is that right?

Is there a way to get the DotD Pelt?

Today, Kai had fun running around taking naps with random, stranger deer. He did not mind it at all and enjoyed their company for the most part:

I'm currently working on my perfect deer, but I'm still missing parts.

I need the follow spells:

Pelt: Swan or Secretary Bird
Mask: Magpie or Real Deer
(My dream mask is the Skull, but if I understood that right, it's only available on October?)

As for the Mask Spells, I'm not sure if that is currently makeable without the Mushroom-Trees?

I'm usually around the Pond.
My current deer has Orca Pelt, Default Antlers and Secretary Bird Mask

I would be really grateful for every help and if needed I can help with Spells as well.

Hello, if you seen my deer in the forest, I hope he is not been bothering you very much.

Im finally ready to reveal some information about my lil buck... or doe. Its pretty genderless so you can imagine that its buck or stag.

It doesnt have permanent set also, so he/she can be of any type. However, somehow she/he likes that gray pelt, butterfly antlers and orca mask most. She/he likes to be fawn also, so dont mind it.

Identification is simple! His picto looks like B) - smiley, so... I dont know. Its kinda funny picto

He also dont have name, so you can call it whatever you like! I keep calling him Lagi (because its causing me major lags) !
Maybe someday I'll make him/her a real bio (like never), so I hope you guys like him/her!

I discovered The Endless Forest 12 days ago, when I ran a search for three-dimensional pc games.
I thought it was worth a look, and what do you know It was! I saw the link for this community and was led here.
Im unfamiliar with how to navigate through the website. . But I read the FAQ. thats how I was able to download the game.
Ive familiarized myself to a degree with the links underneath my user name . Still need much more familiarizing, though .heh.
Im just glad I was able to figure out the input formats for the 'blog entry'. I experimented with the formatting options for a while and found 'Compose Tips'. prior to that I already knew a little bit about computer language, but it looked pretty helpful. so I bookmarked it

So far, Im enjoying the game. The fawns are so adorable when theyre asleep! /)^u^(\
Oh, and the forest is so beautiful!! Is it modeled after a real place on earth?
I think that assigning each player a 'pictogram' was a creative idea - i like it..
and that every deer has a humanoid face kind of creeps me out just a little...but its an interesting concept nonetheless xD

I was planning to introduce myself earlier this week, but my free time was occupied.
So, Ill say a few things about myself in case anyones interested in that kind of thing:

The first thing I need to make clear: Im a brony. Well - more accurately what the fans would call a 'pegasister'. So... yeah. its nothing to be ashamed about. Its actually quite fun being a fan of the show and all

what a month...im drowning in classwork, graphic design, animation, screen printing and i really want to draw but i dont have the time :c luckily i have the forest to relax from time to time...

there´s a question that´s been around my mind for some time...why people call the holly, mistletoe, but only in the christmas context ? In Spain we also have the tradition of hanging mistletoe on the doors, but we use mistletoe( the parasit plant that grows on the trees and have cute round leaves and venomous white berries) not holly (maybe because its absolutely illegal to cut holly leaves here, there are not many of them and they are protected, so for the decorations we normally use plastic holly xD)
anyway, i had been wondering about this silly question from time to time, cause i love plants and traditions around them : 3
