Finally I ended up to actually really try drawing with my tablet... a lot of swearing ensued, but managed to draw this. =)
Yeah I cheated with the backround, that´s obviously only a screenshot, but I frustated myself enough with the deer already. ^^;
EDIT: Tried fix the face a bit, I hope the perspective works a bit better now.
At least her head looks less fat.
I never share my sketches. One, because I usually draw in photoshop and end up deleting the sketch layer and Two, my sketches are usually quite embarrassingly messy. This was one that I happened to draw one slow day at work a few weeks ago, I had nothing but a cruddy blunt pencil and no eraser. I wanted to play around with concepts for the secretary antlers.
She is indeed based on Rapunzel from the fairytale, Rapunzel, however I sort of made my only translation-version of it XDD But I believe Rapunzel is more than just a fan-girl of that fairytale. She has developed into someone much more than a TEF character for me. I really do love Mariposa, she is very lovely.
I've been listening to this song recently and I thought it matched Mariposa :3
