Decided to do a realistic pic of my two main deer, Fae and Roe.
Fae is a mule deer, Roe a whitetail.
Colored pencils, ink, coffee on watercolor paper. Approximately 1.5 hours.
Well, it was only a matter of time that I´d try felting a TEF-deer... I think she´s pretty cute, even though there´s something about the face I don´t like and don´t know how to fix... and I´m running out of the red wool. Oh well. The face was clearly the hardest part to make. Almost drove me crazy. o_O
I wish I´d had some green plastic eyes for her, not sure if the felted ones look very good.
Ok, I ended up fixing her by making her more sturdier (she was so flimsy that she´d fell over if you just looked at her direction ^^; ) and fixed up the face. Still not completely happy with it, but it´s a LOT better than it was. We´ll see if I´ll end up still trying to fix her... probably not though. <_<
OH GOODNIS NOT AGAIN. D: lol Here's a better picture of Blue Bird. Somehow he reminds me of a Dr. Seuss cartoon here. lol I think it's the colors. xD But I'll be playing him in the forest now. My icon has my picto, and I think I'm keeping this icon. hahaha I change it so much, and I'm trying to get one I'm settled with! But he's got the peacock pelt and mask, and large tree-ish antlers in the forest. (name fail) I want to get the skully mask, but I won't be able to until Halloween will I? Or is there a way someone can cast it on me? If there is and you know please help!
