Phylux, the winged guardian.

In a past life, he was exactly that: a guardian. He had actual wings. Those have been tucked away in this new form, but they often ooze out in the form of dark smoke that floats from the markings along his back.

I'm also using this as his bio image, so sorry if you see this in a bunch of places XD;;
