It's

and the Tin Woodman!
The Tin Woodman (or the Tin Man, as he was called in the movie) is the tender character of the Oz books. His first appearance was in
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. He was not always made of tin, however. When he was a flesh-and-blood human named Nick Chopper, he fell in love with a Munchkin girl, Nimme Amee. Nimmie Amee's mistress, a mean old woman, hated the romance, so she appealed to the Wicked Witch of the East to do away with the woodman. So, the witch enchanted Nick's axe. When the woodcutter worked his axe, he would lose his grip and cut off various limbs that would be replaced by tin parts. The enchanted axe did so much injury to Nick Chopper that he had to be completely replaced by tin parts; unfortunately, the tinsmith forgot to replace his heart. Believing that he could no longer love without a heart, the Tin Woodman gave up on his romance with Nimmie Amee.
If you have read the book or seen the movie, you know how the story was resolved. As for Nimmie Amee, I'll let you read
The Tin Woodman of Oz for yourself.
