Faunet hears something moving in the grass.She curiously goes to investigate."Hello"she calls out.

faunet: Latte wasn't sure wether to reply. She was terribly afraid of other deer after...what happened. Carefully she attempted to back out of the grass without being seen.

AnimaSoul: Latte Shrunk further into the grass, at the same time causing the grass to move and quiver.

If someone's there...I mean you no harm...If you want I'll go... He said reassuringly. He didn't go into the grass in case he scared whoever it was off.

Faunet saw the doe trembling its alright she reasurred her slowly coming forward to nuzzle her.

faunet: Latte flinched as she was nuzzled, this doe did not smell evil. Carefully Latte moved her face forward and nuzzled the doe gently.

Are you alright? he asked her when she came out.

Its alright now but would you mind telling me what made you so afraid she cocked her head to one side,

Are you sure? you look a little shaken up? He asked.

Faunets anger was sparked. Well I can reasure you Im not one of them. But do you know why they are hunting you she questioned.

Is there...something that's got you so scared. Kylar asked. He was concerned for her well being.

AnimaSoul: Latte did not think he should be concerned, but if she didn't say he may not know the danger. [color#151B8D] " There are deer hunting me, they want to kill me. Not normal deer. You should run. [/color]

faunet: How could she tell her..?
" It is not a normal disease... " How could she say? She would have to tell the truth. " It is more of a curse. I am filled with evil and hatred. I become half ...wolf, almost. These hunters, they want to destroy me because I could be more powerful than them. " A tear slipped from her eye.

AnimaSoul: Latte gasped, lightning?
" You are different than normal deer? I thought I was the only one... "

I feel sorry for you cause you are misunderstood. But no worries Ill be your friend no matter what she exclaimed. Even if other deer are trying to kill you or you somehow sprout gills and scales Ill be here for you .

Faunet laughed my name is Faunet and yours my dear friend?

faunet: " My mother named me Latte. I do not look like a cup of Latte though, it's an embarassing name. Please, call me NightFall. " She smiled.
But that's when she heard the drum beat in her head, she saw the shadows out of the corner of her eye.
They were coming.

Faunet smiled at the name but she felt a change in the aura. Them she asked NightFall.

faunet: " The hunters...the demon deer. There are 3 of them. Run! "

AnimaSoul: " I can sense there is 3 of them.... Be careful, they will attack as one. "
The three demon deer burst out of the sky. Two of them had red pelts, torn with fire spitting from the wounds. They had skull masks and large antlers. One of them had black fur. Black smoke poured from the tears in his fur, and from his skull. From his antlers hung the skulls of many dead deer.
The three deer charged, antlers down and spitting fire.

Get away from here. He said darkly. They continued towards him and he struck. Light blue lightning arched through the sky burning through them.

It got near, but it couldn't outspeed light. Kylar's lightning focused on it for a second, and it fell. It's ashes scattering in the wind the lightning was producing. The other fell shortly after that.

AnimaSoul: Latte watched the ashes fly away in the wind. She was still trembling slightly. It had all happened so fast.
" You were braver than I ever could be. Thank you so much stranger, I can live in peace once more. " She bowed gratefully to the deer.

faunet: Faunet speaking reassured NightFall. She sped on faster, as did the drumming in her head.
They reached the drinkplaats and NightFall gestured for faunet to drink before taking a gulp of water herself. There was a blue flash and the drumming faded, but the demon deer were there.
Fortunately, she had turned into a dove and flew out of reach of the demon deer.
But what about Faunet? If she didn't turn into a bird or bat she would be in the path of the demons..

faunet: They sat in the tree as doves. The demon deer stopped looking confused, then looked up. They spat fire and roared angrily, burning the ground with their flame covered hooves.
We'll get you for this... they cried as one.
But it was too late for them. The Twin Gods has sensed the evil enter the drinkplaats.
The demon deer suddenly burst into flames and in their places were 3 white fluffy bunnies, hopping around harmlessly.
Despite their threat NightFall, Still in dove form, began to laugh and nearly fell out of the tree laughing.

Faunet chuckled with her I think the drinkplates are a great place to stay.

faunet: NightFall turned back into a deer and settled down. The Twin Gods cast their magic and a beautiful rainbow appeared.
It was nice to be able to share adventures and laugh with friends.
She had been hiding for so long and now she could finally trust someone.
