You can either click to sneeze something off and then 'cancel' the the sneeze by walking forward or backward, but you have to do it in the right moment, otherwise you'll sneeze off things anyway.

The other way is press sneeze and then quickly open another action menu (click blue or orange button for example). If you do that your deer will do a full sneeze but nothing will come off.
