I am wondering how people zoom in so close and take screen shots. And make it clear..... Help please?

If you mean normal zoomed in

If you mean normal zoomed in shots, just use the scrollwheel on your mouse if you have one, or right-click and drag.
If you mean super closeups, I made a video a while back that explains how.
