How can SadEyes grow up then?

Actually, that's over a

Actually, that's over a month, haha. c: A month cannot last more than five weeks. The reason is simple! Every week is seven days. Multiply seven times 5 and you get 35. Thirty-five days is a number which no month has. (The most days in a month is 31.) Sooo~ Your deer is right to be grown up, since it's over 31 days old! Hope you're not as confused now.
