Today I was my white stag self and played with two Nameless by the Crying Idol and had fun casting the Devout pelt on them several times. They seemed to enjoy dancing. I took a nap and raced around the forest to stretch my legs. A little fawn spied me running and tried to catch up. Maybe the little guy liked my pelt?
Took another nap (forest life can be draining!) and woke up as my dark doe self. Ran around the forest to explore and see who was up and about. I stayed awhile in the shallow depression filled with hyacinths. So pretty! I ran into a brown stag by the stream and he seemed friendly, so I danced and played with him. Then another brown stag showed up but appeared to be a bit aggressive. I kept bowing and dancing, and pretty soon we were all having fun. c:
Then I started to feel a little shy from all the attention so I jumped into the middle of the pond for a nice cool swim. Later on, I climbed out and went back to the area where I like to sleep.
Today I started out as my dark doe self. After a quick run around the forest, I decided to stick close by the water. Had some pesky stags following after me the other day and didn't want to give them the wrong idea. So I sat by my usual resting area at the Crying Idol with nothing but the sound of the twin waterfalls to keep me company. Before I dozed off, I caught a glimpse of a brown stag pawing around up on the embankment. I hid by the stones and curled up to sleep.
Then I woke up as my white stag self by the Twin Gods. I went on another merry race through the forest to see who was around. After naughtily casting the devout pelt on several sleeping deer, I wandered over to the Crying Idol and found several small groups gathering. Decided they needed some excitement to spice up their day and bestowed the gift of transformation on a couple of them.
Did not stay long to see them frolicking about in their new shape - busy busy busy!
Turned the sleeping stag by the Twin Gods into a bunny and gave the two deer sleeping by the Crying Idol a new wardrobe. I left the fawn alone, it probably needed its sleep. c:
Today felt like a slow and lazy day. I didn't have much energy when I woke up as my dark doe self. I went through my customary jaunt through the forest. Noticed a lot more deer around then yesterday. I sat down in the midst of a fairy ring in order to acquire the transformation spell. A nice stag with a striking crimson pelt and poppies adorning his antlers sat down next to me.
I was only after the spell however. After I managed to get it (with a little patience) I tested it out on a sleeping deer by the pond, turning he(she?) into a frog. Success! Afterward, I indulged my favorite hobby of casting spells on deer. I snuck up on a stag with a brown pelt from behind a tree. He was with a companion and I wondered if he would blame the spell on me or on his friend. I can be quite devious.
Later, I had a delightful meditation session in front of the Twin Gods with a charming little frog. He (or she) didn't talk much, but it was nice to simply rest and not worry over social niceties or being pawed at.
I traveled back to the place I call home and was lulled to sleep by the sound of the twin waterfalls. It was a nice day. ♥
No more energy to manifest into my white stag self. He may make an appearance tomorrow. ♥
