Since I am trying to develop Page a bit more in-forest-wise, I'd love if the person who chooses to RP with me is literate and has an established character to use. It may sound hypocritical, but I would like Page to make friends that will stick around.
Thank you for understanding!

The first thing Page noticed about this place was that it was nowhere near endless. You'd start in one place and walk for what seemed like forever, only to wind up back where you started. Although it was very much a disappointment, it had its advantages. He always knew that if he continued walking, he'd wind up back where he wanted to be. There was no danger of getting lost in this place. It did make the forest feel small, though. Then again so did all of the deer. It was a heavily-populated corner of heaven. No wonder, since many deer had died over the years. But the things that weren't all-deer... he wondered how they got here.
The blue buck silently moved over the forest floor. He marveled at its eternal spring appearance. Emerald hues twinkled back up at him from the dewy moss, the grass taking on that bright green only new shoots could. He wondered if the world had reset while he slept. Mayhaps it did every day. Just mayhaps.
Instead of being graceful, the whitetail barged right into a tree. Antlers tangled in the young sapling's branches. "Teaches me to forget to watch ahead." The male grumbled, tugging and backing up in an attempt to free his black tines from the tree's clutches. Leaves hissed and fell around the stagling, shaken from the trees. Grunt, grunt, grunt, huff, grunt! Coal hooves skittered on the ground, not finding enough purchase to free the cervine. After a short struggle, Page decided to just wait for help...
... hanging there from the tree like a warped Christmas ornament. What an idiot.

It was particularly nice today. Then again, anything was better than that strange fog. The owl fawn hopped on through the forest, her diminutive flapping every so often in an almost involuntary manner. Scarcely more then a child, she was the epitome of minuscule.
It was not long until she came across a rather large hole in the ground-the one filled with water, that was. Her chest puffed out in an almost comical show of frustration. When she was bigger, she`d just be able to jump over that hole! It was so stupid. She`d seen how easily the bigger ones could do it-they stepped easily over logs that seemed the size of mountains to her. But oh well.
It was at that moment that she heard a rustling coming from somewhere nearby. The fledgling froze. Was it one of those mean strangers, come back to get her? The mere notion of it made her gulp. Yet there was no one running at her....though she was not alone.
It took her a few seconds to spot the stranger. It was a bigger stag, just standing there. She cocked her head in a wary curiosity, hopping to the safety of a nearby tree to investigate further.

The sound of wind whistled through the remaining leaves on the trees, the cold chill almost surprising the young doe. She wasn't though- nothing ever really surprised her. The doe's hooves would create such a silent sound that it'd be hard for anyone to hear her coming, and she planned to keep it that way.
It was then a sound had caught her attention, and she'd ever so slowly turn her head in it's direction. In the distance, a buck had gotten it's antlers tangled up in the branches of a young tree. How foolish, she'd think, turning her body towards the male and slowly approaching. She'd keep her distance, though, she wouldn't want to distress the buck anymore than he already was. Tilting her head somewhat, Lucy would stare, watching as the blue thing gave up and just waited. She waited, too, waited for him to notice the doll-like effeminate.

Does Page have a bio? c:
Aww Poppy you know I don't
I write pages sometimes. O.O-
Though the hart had stopped struggling, the leaves moved again as his body froze. The eyes of a predator were upon him, he just knew it. Immediately, the fur on his tail began to fan out... his heart raced... he prepared to run... Only to yet again realize he was stuck in a tree. Had he been a less sentient being, Page would have writhed until either the antlers on his head broke or he wrung his own neck. The buck spent a brief moment being thankful for having a smart mother to teach him. He then proceeded to attempt to create less of a target for himself by pressing his body closer to the sapling. His antlers pulled the branch along with them, bending the green-cored wood. Would he die today? The blue didn't really know.
The sapling creaked under the pulling pressure, but the young branches would not heed. He wouldn't break them. The stagling glared at the tree before scanning the area for the 'predator'.

All he really has is a spot on my homepage... no real bio yet. I don't know whether I'll make one or not.

So maybe he wasn't paying attention in this scenario and focused on himself alone. The stag grunted, angry and ashamed of himself. This was a disadvantage elk and others with straight antlers didn't have to deal with. "Oh why wasn't I reborn a forest deer?" He mumbled before trying in vain again to remove himself from the tree's clutches. All he succeeded in was removing a few of the magical leaves. He cursed the green wood silently before again stopping his attempts...
Only to see that someone had finally spotted him. Instead of asking for help, the whitetail just sighed and attempted to hang his head... which didn't work out too well. Besides, she was what appeared to be a gentle doe. She wouldn't be able to help, would she? She probably would just laugh at the clumsy stag and walk away. Sure.
The buck wanted to just hide his face from her, but that wasn't possible. He again opened his eyes and stared right back, trying to make the best of the situation. Maybe if he acknowledges her presence, she won't just walk away laughing?
The fledgling could only
The owl fawn nearly had to hold back a giggle at this notion. He looked quite funny, all wrapped up in that tree! But if she laughed at him, he might find a way out of the tree and chase her around. That certainly wasn`t a desirable option. And besides, what type of creature would just leave someone stuck in a tree like that?
Taking a brief moment to tell herself that maybe being small wasn`t such a bad thing, the tiny fledgling half marched, half hopped out to face the larger stag. Her wings pressed feebly to her sides in a sort of nervous anticipation, she spoke.
"Excuse me, but are you stuck?"

She could use a spell.
It was which spell she could use that confused her, and she continued to think, before looking back up at the branch. With a soft murmur under her breath, she'd watch as the branch gave a soft crackling sound, and the part that he had gotten his antlers stuck on gave way. She didn't actually know if that helped at all, but it was a start, right?
I sincerely apologize for not

The predator seemed to be moving. He heard it but couldn't see it through the bit of branch that obscured his vision. Peering with squinted eyes, Page finally saw what he had been afraid of: A little baby not-deer. Part-deer? No matter, he just had to keep from laughing at himself. He was far too skittish for this world, that's for sure.
The question caused the being's jaw to loosen a little, parting slightly. He stammered a little before finding the right words. "Yes... my antlers are caught in the tree. It's foolish that I didn't watch where I was going." Maybe if he explained it that way he could prevent it... her from doing that in the future. But Page didn't know if she'd get antlers. Most females didn't get them in his homeworld, but she wasn't from there. That was for sure!
Now how to get out...
---
What was this doe up to? The thought of what she could be thinking started to make him wary. "Umm... hello-OH geez!" The stag suddenly felt the weight of the branch off-balance him and he stumbled forward as if bowing to the female. Wait... it broke? Green wood doesn't just break like that. The leafy branch hissed in his antlers as Page faced the doll. She had done something, he was sure. But it was entirely confusing as to what it was she had done.
Okay, go over it again: She appeared... yes. She stared... Could her stare alone have broken - NO! Stupid thought. She started to say something... so... maybe she was a user of magic here? Mother told me of them back home but those were just fawn's stories. Maybe here in this afterlife they can come to life?
The thoughts almost dizzied the buck. "Thank you." He managed shyly, hoping that it was indeed magic and he did not appear an idiot.

The fledgling tilted her head in curiosity. A chuckle was building up in her throat, and for a moment she almost laughed out loud. Catching herself just in time, she managed to change it into a rather small giggle.
"Well...I think I can help you! Maybe...." To be honest, she wasn`t exactly sure if the bigger stag would simply mock her for thinking that she, such a small thing, could help him. But it was worth a shot, right?

The doe would watch as the buck fell into an almost bowing position, her gaze nearly following every move of his. She'd turn slightly and begin to walk off without saying anything, leaving the buck there to decide if he'd follow her or simply stay. Her hooves seemed to have no effect on the forest floor, as if she was purposely missing every fallen crunchy leaf. Because she had used her so called magic to untangle Page, she would not be able to use the magic for at least two more days, and she was well aware of that.
