RP character development/interaction

Hello. This blog is just to help mature my character Aatos so that he can reach his - uh - full potential.
Anybody is free to join in at any time!

start-
Wandering around, the young fawn pretends to be a powerful stag. He puffs out his chestfur and strikes a pose. Aatos imagined himself in all the glory of his imagination; with twenny-five tines! An' I'm really tall! An' ... he falters. What else? Ohyes. An' a reallyreally loud roar! Wish I could. and with that he plops down on the grass and sulks. Why cannae I speak? It's annoying! Because when others go... he continues his internal monologue.

~ and this, dear reader, is where you character steps in!

Apparently this doe just

Apparently this doe just didn't get the picture. (pun intended...) Trying again, this time showing himself drinking as he trotted forwards to drink in the steep ditch.

Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!

She looked at the young fawn

She looked at the young fawn as she rinsed her hair. "You talk through pictures?" she asked. She put the last pictures together and replied, "I was lost in the Wretched Wood, and I stumbled into this forest."

Echosong wondered what that

Echosong wondered what that forest must have been like to cause the doe to be covered in tar and cuts. It must have been a very unfriendly place. "I haven't heard of the Wretched Wood before... it must be dangerous, if you got hurt so much."

She looked at Echosong, "Yes,

She looked at Echosong, "Yes, it is. It's a dead and evil forest. But, I'm not sure how I got to this forest. It was like, I crossed a veil by these two statues."

Aatos nodded - that would

Aatos nodded - that would kind of explain the cuts and black stink on her, but it didn't explain how the doe got there in the first place. Confused, he stared hard and limited his thoughts to only the doe - her, what he imagined the 'wretched forest' would look like and a confused head tilt.

Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!

"I was lost for a few days in

"I was lost for a few days in those woods, and I saw these two statues. I thought they were people, so I ran to them, and got snagged in a rope trap that pulled me up a tree. So, I pulled myself to the ground, and grabbed the statues to break the branch. The branch broke and I flew infront of the statues, and I was suddenly in this forest."

Of the puzzled thoughts

Of the puzzled thoughts running through Ranore's mind, "people" was the one that he latched onto. By that point he had stretched out along the base of the statue, content enough to soak up the sun like a cat. Even though he didn't lift his head to find the doe, he still piped up in the silence that followed.

"People?" He questioned with a murmur.

"Yes, people. Aren't there

"Yes, people. Aren't there any people here?" she asked.
Waning-Sun's picture

"No. Just deer...deer

"No. Just deer...deer creatures and other animals the Gods let in. No people though. At least...nearest I can gather." he replied quietly.

"Oh, well people have faces

"Oh, well people have faces like ours, and they stand on two legs. They have five fingers and toes, and are nearly hairless, except for the hair on their heads."

The owl fawn chuckled, though

The owl fawn chuckled, though his voice remained patient and somewhat quiet, "I know what people are...I just haven't seen them here before..." He wasn't so sure about the others.

"I haven't seen any humans

"I haven't seen any humans here either. I've never seen a person anywhere, actually."

She found that odd. "Really?

She found that odd. "Really? It seems as though humans inhabit every nook and cranny of Earth."

Deciding to keep his silence,

Deciding to keep his silence, Aatos merely nods to anything said - not that he had the vaguest idea what a human was. It sounded pretty ugly, being all hairless [rofl]. Wondered how they kept warm. Hm. His attention drifted as the does and Ranore went on talking. Decided that the spot next to Ranore looked comfy. Ambled over to snuggle/flop onto him, nestling his fawn head into the owldeer's feathers.

Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!

"I assume if they ever wander

"I assume if they ever wander here, they take the form of a deer," Ranore muttered sleepily, adding his two cents in a moment of silence. He barely moved as Aatos decided to snuggle beside him.

She found this interesting.

She found this interesting. "I never knew this place even existed. I come from a tribe where we are already part elk and part human," she said as she finished washing. The black tar was completely gone. Her black fur shined in the sunlight, and her face was clean and pale. The water had loosen up the rope, and she was able to get her foot free. "Horrible thing," she said kicking it aside.

Very nearly doxing, Aatos

Very nearly doxing, Aatos twitched his pelt when he felt cold water from the rope splatter on his fur. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. He lay back, attempting to absorb full sunlight to evaporate it.

Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
