Rou wandered around in the forest, her ears trailing lazily behind her as she trotted through the light snow dusting. Her eyes travelled lazily around her surroundings as she tried to locate deer she knew, or deer she really wanted to get to know. She gave a lazy yawn as she slowed her pace to a walk as she drew closer to the Pond.

Rou stopped when the sudden burst of water droplets sprayed the air. Blinking with her ears standing straight, Rou gazed around the Pond until she saw the deer who had sent the spray up. It was another fawn, probably the same age as she was. Determined to make another friend, Rou confidently approached the fawn with a friendly smile on her face. "Hey there!" She said, her little tail wiggling in excitement. "I'm Rou." She said, taking a small bow. "What's your name?"

Rou smiled and nodded her head, the purple flowers dancing with the motion, though the crown was firmly against her head, around her ears. "Nice to meet you, Zylix!" She squeaked, grinning brightly. "Have you already seen the rest of the forest?" She asked excitedly, her hooves itching to take a good run through the forest.

Rou, at the name Blue Bowl, flicked an ear. "The Blue Bowl? That sounds really familiar." She said, thinking back to before she had met Farron, or any of her other deer friends. "I think I stumbled upon it when I first saw the forest." She said, approaching the frog that had stuck itself to Zylix's ankle. With as much care as she could muster, Rou lifted a hoof and gently pressed down on the frog, her movement warning the frog to get off. "I may know where it is, but I'm not sure."

Rou dipped her head, acknowledging Zy's thanks. "It's a dip in the earth filled with beautiful blue flowers and tall grass surrounded by some trees. It's a beautiful place, Zy. I think you'll like it." She said, smiling at the other fawn. "I stumbled upon it sometime after I came to the forest. I didn't actually know what it was until I heard one of the deer one of my friends and I were following talk about it. After that, I tried to find it again and almost got myself lost somewhere near the Playground." Rou gave an embarrassed laugh. "To think that this forest is endless and I manage to get myself lost." She added with a laugh, her tail wiggling in embarrassment.

Rou nodded excitedly, her tail wiggling with excitement. "Who knows? Maybe we'll both wind up getting lost trying to find the Blue Bowl!" She laughed as she sprang from the water, sparkling drops of the liquid falling from her hooves and creating ripples where she had stood. Almost unelegantly, Rou's back hooves splashed back in the water and touched the slimy pond bottom. She had had so much momentum from the jump that her back hooves, once they touched the slimy bottom of the pond, slipped out from underneath her, sending up a wild shower of water as her backside smacked the water. She sat there, her back legs and her rump in the deeper part of the pond, her ears perked up in a daze, staring at one of the trees with strange markings on them. It took her a few moments before she realized she had slipped. Giving her head an embarrassed shake, she looked over at Zy with an embarrassed smile on her face. "I-I slipped..." She admitted shyly, her ears twitching as though they were laughing.
