I know it's a very common walk cycle that isn't completely mine but I thought it turned out really cute Even if Saobabe doesn't have antlers or his super cool face going on.
But it is for a bigger silly little animation thingamabo for class so it will hopefully turn out really cute! Don't mind the odd lighting thing going on on the shoulders by the way, it's just because it's not on a white background. uvu

Hopefully sometime in the future Envy and Sao can hang out again like old times ;v;

Even with no ground you do a great job conveying the weight of their steps with the motions of their backs and it's that that gives it this lovely realism. Plus your brushstrokes as visible just make it all the better. I really adore your work and I'm so glad you're going into animation as a career, you seem meant for it.

Oh, I've always loved yueki's

Oh, I've always loved yueki's deer walk-cycle! I know I've certainly referenced from it myself countless times. The painterly effect your gif has is quite interesting. c: It'd be super cool to see a full-fledged animation in this style, though obviously almost painful amounts of work. The more I look at this, the more I like it.

P.S. I know you mentioned it's not all yours, and I'm not usually so uppity, but it'd make my jimmies unrustled if you listed your reference specifically. Sorry if I sound like a butt--I've just been trying to credit my references better lately, and maybe it's made me more paranoid than necessary.
