Pere David's Deer for Trunks? (Just look at those antlers and fur color.)
Maybe (big "maybe") Eld's Deer for Blixt? (He's difficult to find one for due to the color.) Could probably even go with red deer or elk due to those antlers.

The Pere David's Deer looks a lot like Trunks! Might go with that (i'll want to see what other suggestions pop up) And the Common Lechwe is gorgeous, i love its antlers and fur color.
