Real Deer Mask?

Hi there,
I've seen a few deer with this mask on, and I've even cast some on other deer, but where are they getting these? Does it have to do with the pelt, or how old your deer is?

The real deer mask can be

The real deer mask can be receive like any normal mask spell, by having another deer eat mushrooms and then cast a mask spell on you. It's random of course, so it might take a few tries to get the one you're looking for.
