Random candles in the forest?

I was running around on TEF,when I saw the bridge had a Halloween candle near it,any ideas why?

I noticed the candles in the forest too, Keno my fawn was trying to eat them xD
Though i have no answer for why they showed up. Im still a noob to this kind of stuff.

Haha, that just happened to

Haha, that just happened to me. I was running around the forest, then freaked out because there was three giant candles in the middle of no-where, and the Crying Idol wasn't crying. o_O
