Alright. Here's the case. I've just bought a graphics tablet and working on my first piece of art, but there's a problem. The piece doesn't seem perfect with Artweaver (an art program), at least it's not that well. However, I could not buy art programs so I have to stick to free programs. But the questions are:
What program do you use?
And does a piece of art look good with making that with even a free art program?

I'm just so confused at this kind of art lately, not used to it. xD
