You have to go to "my account" on the left and then click on the "edit" button on the top. There you will find the "picture" paragraph. You can upload a picture directly from you pc, and it will be automatically resized. Hope is what you were talking about! (I don't mind at all grammatical mistakes, I made it lot of times too )

When you are in-forest, press 'P'. You should find the screenshots in Program Files > Tale of Tales > The Endless Forest 3 > screenshots. Sometimes it's necessary to click "compatability files," which you will see on the toolbar at the top of the screenshot folder. (:
