Possible new Feathered doe character (new image added)

Alright, so since i've joined TEF I have wanted a feather doe character and no matter how many i sketched up i hated all the designs. Tonight I was rather inspired and sketched this girl up. I am very fond of the design and plan to do a much neater image of her. Bare in mind it's nearly 2am here and I really wanted to see what others thought about this lovely lady. I imagine her in some tribal like setting and her markings are based off of a bird which i have the image on my PC, but i do not know of the species name. Will also be sketching her up as a fawn if i decide to keep her, and i am welcome to any and all critiques and suggestions. <3

So I woke up rather early this morning and just had to draw her in more detail. Although i think her eyes are a little off and it bothers me so i will be going back and retouching this image. But i love love love how this came out. I suprised myself, heck thats what inspiration does i guess. Anyways any comments or critiques are welcomed on this image as well.

I think this design in

I think this design in particular is a really refreshing twist on the feathered deer theme.
What does it for me is the curved horns and face paint, something I think would make her stand out from the rest of both tribal and feathered deer themes, just because they are so distinct to me, even more-so than the feather headdress.
Im really huge on details, so the bits that hang from the horns really top off this look, and also how the face paint comes together at the slope of her neck.

those are all natural

those are all natural markings for her. ^.^ The bird i referenced from has similar black with thin white lined markings, which was something I loved.

Thank you for really breaking it down. In all honesty i was worried that giving her the curled horns would be too much, making her look to masculine. But it was something that i really wanted. Also the face paint is her traditional markings, possibly one day when she is grown she could produce face paint or something, but unlikely. I really have an affinity for tribal stuff and i thought that the earthy tones really brought it out. I'll tell you the face is really the main focal point for her and i love the black one white detail. If I only knew the bird species that i referenced it from. Perhaps i can find the image.

And I havent really hidden my design making skills, but it does take me awhile to make something I really like. Im really happy you all like her. Ill be drawing her fawn sketch next and working on her back story. Im debating on entering her into the forest as a fawn or not. But thank you again, it really makes me happy to read your comments.
