Been meaning to try to make one of these for a little while, but this would be your usual character interaction blog thing where you can interact with any of my deer (since getting inforest can be a pain sometimes, also timezones).
Here you can:
Send any of my deer an ask/question/bla. I MIGHT draw these out but not sure yet.
You can also ask their human versions things too.
Questions can be as silly or as serious as you like.
Have minor rp things.
Other interactiony things I can't think of cos it's past midnight.
(Click pictos for bios)
Draak - My first TEF deer. He's been around a long time (not an OOC deer) has a kid and has seen and experienced a fair bit.
Aura - (Who I can't remember her text colour for) Daughter to Draak and Mitra, she's your average little kid and will talk your ear off about whatever is on her mind at that point in time.
Corvus - Second TEF deer of mine, has also seen and experienced a lot in his time. Is slowly coming out of a deep depression and isn't too great when it comes to being social.
Chime - Miss Fusspot/Motherly of the year. She's pretty much like Mrs Weasley. She'll welcome you with open arms, but try to walk all over her and she won't take any of it.
Just ask Helel's Jareth
Kostya -
he is Kostya and he likes the blueberries Will sing for you at the tiniest of hints. Kostya's like a friendly dog; always willing to play and give cuddles but will also simply flop and be quiet company.
Christian - When not being an awkward TEF deer, he's your typical English gentleman with a side of dork. Also a huge music buff.
He also kills people to live.
Jehoel - He's still a WIP but I think I have just enough to be able to include him here. Either way it'll help his development. A Cherubim, second ranked Angel after the Seraphim. He's pretty chill
lol and laid back, most likely won't preach the word of God to you, he knows others tend to find it irritating.
Also likes tea
??? Bio
??? - Also a WIP. The timespace deer thing who's literally half a skeleton half living being. He's still being ironed out but he's rather mischevious with a bit of morbidity.

*pokes* 8D - After Kettu had
-
After Kettu had left, Ross noticed Christian sitting nearby. And promptly scampered back to his tree to hide behind it, warily scrutinizing the stag. "...H-Hullo."
8] Christian had arrived on
Christian had arrived on the scene as Ross and Kettu were talking, not wanting to intrude he'd sat a small distance away. That and the last time he'd seen Kettu she'd seemed startled by him. He kept his nose out of their business only bringing his attention back to them once the fox had left and Ross had moved.
"Good day to you." He said warmly. He didn't fail to noticed the other seemed a bit wary. He didn't blame him especially after what'd happened with the flaming horse and all that.
The formal greeting made Ross
"Uhm. Thanks for helping me th' other day."
He watched Ross ease up
"Oh!" He'd been wondering if Ross had any recollection of it. "I ah, no problem." He gave a small laugh. "I'm...not much the fighter, I apologise. But I was glad to be of help."
He paused for a moment. "I hope you don't mind me asking but...just what was that thing?" He said, referring to the conjured creature.
He nodded slightly, and
Whichever the stag meant, Ross decided to assume he meant the creature. Ross shrugged, his expression purposefully blank. "Haven't the foggiest. Fire-face made it appear. Said it was a 'nightmare' or something."
Oops. He thought. Picking up
However Ross kept talking, answering his question.
"I see." Nightmare conjuring flaming horses were a new one to him. He'd seen his fair share of supernatural critters in his lifetime outside the forest, but this was certainly something. "....is...that a...uh something they usually do?" He said awkwardly, trying to keep the conversation going while tiptoeing around the topic of asking what had actually happened to Ross that day, even if he was curious about it.
My internet connection
-
"Dunno." Another shrug. He'd never had to deal with a nightmare 'thing' before, though he'd had several encounters with Kyrian previously. With all the talking about the creature, Ross found that he again had to keep himself from thinking about it. Its many legs, its face.. Ugh. He shook himself and turned his attention back to Christian. Studying the stag's expression, he noted that he seemed curious. That only made Ross curious in turn. Was he going to ask about what had happened? And why did Christian seem so odd? His head tilting inquisitively, Ross simply stared back. He was never much good with manners.
(It's ok, Christian hasn't
Christian gave a nod, he figured the nightmare thing was just as unknown to Ross as it was to him. He briefly considered asking Keith about it later, he'd been here longer than him and might have an idea. Or maybe it was better left unknown.
He looked back at Ross, wondering what was going on in his head. He appeared to be giving him an equally as curious stare. His thoughts turned to wondering about himself. He wondered if he was that obvious to some of these forest beings. He'd never scared animals, luckily. But then these weren't ordinary animals and some might be able to sense what he was. He was tempted to slip a in a bit of light humour, mentioning if he was "that obvious". But then he feared that it might backfire, and Ross may not know what he was talking about and then inevitably ask about it.
"...do I have something on my face?"He said with a slight chuckle and briefly smiled. Trying to ease the situation.
Ross giggled, grinning back
Christian snickered, although
Christian's snickering faded as he listened to Ross fumble a question around. His ears twitched and he exhaled. He had never took into account his scent. He wasn't used to the idea of other beings being able to tell he was different by scent alone. Sure the idea wasn't alien to him, he just surrounded himself by people/beings that didn't have such an attuned sense of smell in the human world. Usually if such a thing was brought up, if people thought he was different he'd just brush it off and lie, covering up what he truely was. However this time it was different, he couldn't cover up a scent with a lie. It hadn't occured to him to roll in something to cover it.
"I smell...different?" He gave an awkward grin, subtly giving Ross an idea of what he was. He too had fangs, four in total in his upper jaw. Christian had a rather large sense of foreboding and regret, but he couldn't lie his way out of this particular scent that he carried. "....I guess I...I suppose I would carry such a scent." He said somewhat vaguely. He didn't let on just how anxious he was. "I'm...not born of this place."
"Well, it's not really how
The myling marveled at Christian's fangs. Four of them. Four. That was acually pretty cool. "Woah."
Ross's head tilted as he pondered whether he should mention his own situation. He concluded that he may as well now that he'd brought up the subject. After a moment of nervous hesitation, he spoke. "Oh. Er... I'm not either."
"You'd...be surprised." It
He felt a bit more at ease at Ross's intrigue at his teeth, also that he hadn't fled at the small inkling at what he was. "We appear to be somewhat teeth buddies." A hint of his dorkiness coming through his otherwise formal visage.
"No?" He said, Ross's words bringing him to full attention. On the inside he was pleased to know he wasn't the only one who wasn't native to this forest...aside from his friend Keith. Maybe such a thing wasn't as uncommon as he first thought.
(expect some dumb "Teeth buddies" art at some point lol)
"Huh. Guess so." Ross smiled
Teeth buddies? He wondered, trying not to laugh at the phrase. And burst into quiet giggles, as children are wont to do in such situations.
Though still rather anxious about someone finding out what he was, Ross was feeling better than before. He nodded, still trying to catch his breath.
Christian grinned in return,
He still wasn't keen on outright saying what he was, feeling much more comfortable delicately touching on the subject with subtleties instead. "....Well, one of my friends was able to bring me here, I still do not know how he's able to do it, but yes. I was not born here." He gave a slightly more serious pause, contemplating his words, thinking about how to word his next sentence. "...I have existed for quite a long time, you wouldn't think things would surprise me anymore, but...sometimes the world catches you off guard and something like this happens." He said, further hinting at what he was.
"Ah." So he was really old,
"I...am" Christian was
He glanced around quickly to
(Aaa I'm sorry I'm gonna have
(Okay! c: )
Christian quirked a brow at
"Quite recently actually. Today infact." He gave a small smile that faded slightly as he pondered over the second part of the question. He'd already given away he'd lived for a very long time, he figured he might as well elaborate a little on it. He looked away for a moment, looking up at nothing in particular as he thought. "....I was born in a time where powdered white wigs, elaborately embroidered jackets and vests, white stockings and black boots were in fashion." He said, reflecting back on his past, Christian then looked back at Ross. "...a long, long time ago."
"No. 'S just that nobody
Ross frowned. Being from the tenth century, he had no idea what had transpired in the past hundreds of years between him dying there and being reborn in the forest. He'd assumed that not much time had past; thinking it was currently somewhere around the 14th century, or 15th at the latest. "Hhm. I don't think we're from the same time then. I didn't see very many hu- people wearing wigs or fancy jackets. Only the really important people had stuff like that." He'd almost said 'humans' instead of people, and had to remind himself that he'd been one. Been one very briefly, but he supposed it still counted.
"Ah." He felt better knowing
Christian's ears perked up, it wasn't often he'd met someone that was older than he was. Being well versed in history he was able to pick up on said fact. Of course he wasn't able to exactly pinpoint where or when Ross was from. "Really?...It sounds like we may be a few centuries apart...or around there." He shrugged, giving a rough estimate. Christian also silently groaned to himself, being indirectly remined of how old he actually was.
He nodded. "Ja, I think so. A
"Probably..." Ross thought a minute, wondering about what the human world was like currently. How much time had passed, if Christian had been born a few centuries after him, and still "a long, long time ago"? "So, what century is it now?"
Christian also nodded,
"It is currently the 21st Century. Time has done quite a number on the world." He mused. The ways inwhich the world had evolved since the time he was born was phenomenal to say the least.
The myling's eyes widened at
Christian slowly nodded.
"What? I'm not 900, silly. I
"Oh I see, my apologies."
Christian paused for a moment. "So that means, from the sounds of it you died, there was some timey shenanigans, and you uh, ressurected here?" The fact that Ross had apparently died and ressurected interested him, Ross certainly didn't appear undead. Christian wasn't irked or phased by the theory, he himself was technically a walking corpse.
"'S alright." He
"Something like that." Ross mumbled, shifting slightly. He hadn't remembered any of his past life before being killed in the forest and coming back, and kind of wished he didn't remember it now. Hazy though the memories were, they were... unpleasant, to say the least.
Christian could still recall
"...so you're a....time travelling zombie?" He joked, trying to lighten the mood again. He still wasn't sure what Ross exactly was, but their conversation had so far been enlightening to him regardless.
"Heh, you sound like my
"Haha aw." Christian gave a
"Adopted family, yes." Ross
"Ah." He nodded. Christian's
Ross looked inquisitively at
(TIME TO DO SOME GOOGLING.
"You were born in the 12th Century correct?" Christian was pleased to be asked something historical, he had a keen interest in the subject and when he could, was employed to teach the subject at local universities. "There was your usual quarrels and what not, they were still going, but, it had it's differences yes. By the late 16th century there had been several advancements in the fields of science and technology...The first telescope, discovery of bacteria, teeny tiny blood vessels...as well as the first documented case of a blood transfusion." He thought for a moment. Briefly amused that there had been a handful of blood related discoveries in said century."Sadly there was also the Plague in 1665 that killed thousands of people. Luckily I missed out on that one, that was before I was born." He paused again. "Classical music was still a thing as well." Christian gave a chuckle. "...There's quite a bit going on."
"Er. Late 10th, actually."
Ross's eyes widened at the information. "Wow. I don't know what those things are, but they sound.. interesting." Though he shuddered at the thought of such a plague. In the 10th Century, a thousand people was a lot of people. "Thousands? That's awful."
"Oh, my apologies. The whole,
"Yikes." Ross made a face. It
"Mmhmm" He nodded in
