you gotta upload your pics to a website like www.photobucket.com

and then you can link the picture from there to here by taking the address (for example, http://i989.photobucket.com/albums/af15/quadraptor/nodnodnod-1.gif) and putting [ img] http://i989.photobucket.com/albums/af15/quadraptor/nodnodnod-1.gif [/img] around them (but without the spaces between the [ and i).

So [ img]http://i989.photobucket.com/albums/af15/quadraptor/nodnodnod-1.gif[/img] becomes:
