Pictos not spreading?

I have tried both re-starting and re-installing.

This happens to me allot i usually have to restart my comp the run TEF only and no other program at all.

I had this problem the other day, but it went away after the number of connected deer dropped from 52 to 40. Maybe its a server glitch?
