Peppa's Adventures! Feb. 9th
NOTE: To save myself and yourself the trouble of Peppa's untrained tongue, I'm typing this as if she spoke normally. Bear in mind that she is deaf and she can't talk right xD
Anyway, enjoy.

I awoke in a most unusual way today! to be blunt; I was sat on! It was certainly a most horrifying experience that I think I'd rather not experience twice (or once, on that note.) I awoke when a heavy pressure pushed my ribs into my organs uncomfortably. My eyes were forces closed beneath his fur, and being unable to see, breath, or hear, I naturally kicked and squirmed desperatly. Uttering a squeak as the deer finally retreated from his occupied sitting space, I stumbled to my little hooves, blinking and sneezing fur off of my face. Just as I was beginning to focus and identify the persoanl-space-intruder, a blinding flash of light with a sharp crackle that I of course didn't hear once again invaded my senses. This deer was relentless! I immediatly leaped away and bolted, coughing and sputtering to rid myself of the tingling spell. I've been told the weird feeling a new pelt gives you dissapates as you grow older, but I don't think I'll ever get used to those startling flashes of light.
I nosed out my new companion Kinsha soon afterwards. He was with a deer I didn't recognize from the reluctant distance I stood. The dark-pelted deer called out to me. "What's the matter?" he said, and I reeled around to fully face them in horror. It was the deer who had sat on me! I figured he must have realized his mistake by now, so I padded to Kinsha happily. I gave my new friend a big nuzzle. Just before I turned to examine the new deer who had sat on me, I felt a jab in my hindquarters. That deer! He had lowered his head of spiraling black antlers at me when I wasn't looking. I jumped from the unexpected pain, and my face collided with Kinsha's chest. Unsure of where to go or what to do, I spun out of his white fur and was met by the sharp prongs once more. Kinsha had stepped aside, and the offending deer pulled back up his head. His antler caught my chin, and I stumbled backwards, falling into a tangled ball of legs and dirt. Kinsha hadn't realized the situation quickly enough to even process it, it had all happened too quickly. He was forced to simply chase after me, because being so timid, I has already bolted.
I was not injured, just badly startled. I ran so quick and so blindly, I lost Kinsha in my fleet and slammed into a familir green form. My uncle, Seed. It was a relief. I buried myself in his scaly fur, and mourned for my poor self-esteem. Kinsha skidded up moments later, looking befuddled. He ans Seed apparently already knew one another, for they briefly greeted one another with no nuzzles. Maybe stags don't nuzzle like does do? Anyway, the deer who had attacked me stayed put ofr a while. It wasn't until long after Seed, Kinsha and I had a blast that he reappeared with a tall orange stag with great red antlers. "Who is that?" I asked Kinsha. He was so big. "His name's Quamar." Tha'ts right! He was the deer I'd seen with Taiko earlier. Now he was with the attacker. The 'attacker' eyed me with a depressed look, and slumped his shoulders. Was he apologizing? I dared not get close, in fact, I led my friend and Uncle away. "Who was he?" I blurted, trying to be quiet but unable to tell if I was loud or not. I wonder what loud sounds like? "Quad." Seed replied, pulling up next to me, "He's not a bad guy, maybe he was just having a rough day." I looked to Kinsha for backup, and he nodded to confirm Seed's judgement. Okay then, maybe Quad and I can get off to a better start later.
Much later, my day became progressivly less eventful. Kinsha acted as my caretaker and friend, encouraging me to meet new fawns after Seed had left. I was reluctant, but eventually warmed up to some fawn whose name I know not. It kept beckoning for us to follow, and we did. Him and I even tossed up our forelegs and practiced boxing like does. Our blows were soft and harmless, and all in good fun. After that, I decided to go jump in the pond. Kinsha and I took and long drink, and I playfully dove off of the bridge into the shallows. Every time I went under, I came back up to Kinsha's startled face, bottom lip flattened with a worried expression that he was trying to hide. I decided to try the deep edge of the pond. Just as I approached, Kinsha skidded in front of me with a discouraging look. I didn't hear the warnings he called after me, it's not like I heard him. Skipping up to the edge, I readied myself to edge in. I slipped. I crashed beneath the surface, but unlike in the shallows, there was no sandy bottom to push up from. I was lucky Kinsha waded in and helped me out. I was fine, but I hacked up a lot of water. Later that day I met a nice butterfly-pelted doe. Her and Kinsha kept me warm until I fell asleep and we all departed. Not my best day in the forest, but every day brings new learning experiences, and I'm not complaining!

Peppa

Kinsha is the cousin of
...now that I think about it, Seed has an odd tendency towards adopting other deer "sidewise," as siblings or so on as opposed to having much of a linear family, with mothers and fathers and children...
Edit: also, I agree with the general sentiment that Peppa is a gosh-darn-adorable fawnling.
