I apologize that you misunderstood my post towards you on that blog. Though I claimed that I was standing up for the universal right to be safe here in the community and free from public humiliation you seem to have viewed it as an attack. Honestly, it wasn't. You, and everyone here, have the right to defend yourselves. No where did I say that you couldn't, and as many of you know, civil/human rights are something I am passionate about.

I also did not defend Vcg on that post, nor did I attack you.

Please, if you have something to say to me, why not say it to me? I don't and won't bite, and I can handle anything you have to say with maturity and peace.

No one who posted seemed like they read what was actually written. Though I guess I should they did read, but didn't comprehend.
It should also be made apparent (if no one understood) that it was in public because private conversation does not always work.
I have shown what was going on. Granted, I did not show all of it, as that would drag other people in. I did not intend to drag the one person in that felt like they were, as that name was left due to it being the name of a plot that I could not rename due to how known it is/was.

If public humiliation is what it was seen as, then why does no one remember the vulgar posts made by Kefka? Posts that were later brought up by another who was agreeing with it. And VCG agreed with them, sparking a huge argument that spiraled out of control and made me feel like dirt.
How was that not public humiliation?

On a final note: I do not hate anyone who posted in response to my post, even if they now hate me.
And forgive me if anything I said here was worded badly. Unlike that huge post I made, this one did not take over 2 weeks to write and edit to make sure it stayed on subject and wasn't influenced by emotion.

Must you call names? Let's keep this clean and between us only please. It was public humiliation for two reasons; it was public, and it had the purpose of harming her and in front of others and/or giving a negative stigma to her name. I did not defend her personally but as a human, a human being with rights. If I am just misunderstood, explain to me what your true purpose was and clear this up.

However, I was not addressing that. I was speaking for your hidden attack at me here, basically calling me a hypocrite behind my back. Did you hope I would either not see it or would not reply? I am not intimidated by you nor impressed with your slandering of my name.

I don't want a fight, I only want to clear any dirt/drama that comment against me was intended to cause.

It was in public because people need to know what has been going on. Things have been going on in private for too long. They need to be fixed, or something could happen again. Because things did happen in the past. More happened recently. Who says more won't? People can say they will change, but unless they truly acknowledge what they have done, and apologize for past actions, it can't be said they have learned.

It could have been handled better, but it also couldn't. What good would showing all that in private have done? It's stuff they are already aware of.
I'm sorry it was put in public, but what else was I expected to do? The response I got shows that people are denying what has been happening.
And then to have it brushed aside as if nothing bad had happened, because "this is just the internet". It may be the internet, but there are real people, and real feelings were hurt. The people that were hurt were never apologized to.


As for what I said on here before... I only did it because what you wrote in response to my post sounded like you were saying I should never have done anything. But then I see in that other blog about how people should stand up for what they believe in. How else would I take that?

Why was it your responsibility to make that Public Service Announcement? You wanted to put a stigma on her name so that other people would avoid her because of her 'bad' behavior, am I wrong? You do not have the right to do that to another human being. That is what public humiliation is. If you did it in real life you would put in jail. Why is it illegal? Because it is cruel.

What you can't understand is that I am not talking about Vcg, your points about her supposed cruelty are not relevant to me. Did I claim her to be innocent? No. I am speaking for a human you committed a crime against, not at all speaking personally. Your feelings towards her do not give you the right to do that to her. I am speaking of rights, rights, and only rights.

Never did I say you should not have defended yourself if you felt threatened by her for any reason. I would have appreciated if you'd just told me instead of going behind my back. If you are upset by me don't go post it in public and try to start a pity-party, contact me personally like mature adult. I even offered to continue this via email in a civilized and peaceful way but you ignored that as well.

This is very true and what you did could be considered a form of cyber bullying which is punishable in the United States. Also I find it funny that both sides want the other to change but refuse to change themselves either.

I have not seen one apology from your side Pega? Not from Raz. Not from you. Not from VCG. Not from anyone who was supposed to out VCG. Nothing. If you're not willing to read and comprehend how hypocritical you are, I don't think you'll ever learn. Honestly, I think we're about sick of seeing it/hearing of it. The hypocrisy from both sides is vomit inducing.

You were expected to act like a civilized person. This isn't the 1800's where you burn those who oppose you publicly. It's the internet for Christs sake....you don't like someone, you stay away from them. You don't go out of your way to publicly humiliate them to get brownie points from others who also dislike the person. Would you like it if someone outed you for something? No.

Pega, the reason people reacted the way they did, was because it was WRONG. Even though we are neutral parties...we know whats wrong and right when it comes to publicly humiliating someone and trying to throw them in the mud. Also, let's not forget, this isnt the first time someone from your side has tried to publicly humiliate or win people onto their side. How about the videos Raz 'compiled' of VCG supposedly harassing Ren on youtube? So this little outburst would be strike 2.

Let this be a lesson to you Pega...and actually READ what we type instead of taking it as a personal offense.

Nah, she looks "doe" enough as she is. I can't imagine her with different antlers either. Those just look too right on her. =]

I have come to the conclusion that sleeping near the pond can cause this "curse". The "curse" will also last if a character has been revamped (in the case of Toukan).

BLOG POST

Added a note about the Rut at the top of this page.
I'm not signing any of my deer up, but they can be treated as if they are signed up for it. They'll just act accordingly.
Extra note, though: I may have my deer shake their head if I'm not in the mood to be interacted with this way.
Plus, one of my does (Suiren) is actually a human in deer form, so she will probably be going, "O_o;;;" or something.

I recall that... And there was the time when his antlers fell off, and finally got hit-on by stags, but because they thought he was a doe... I still have a sketch of that, actually, sitting somewhere...

Well, I have a sketch of a stag hitting on him, yeah... I drew it during that time of the year, actually.. I dunno where it is, though...

DEER STATUS

It's really hard to divide your attention between multiple deer that are all active and doing different things at once. o_o; I'm sorry if anyone Toukan is hanging out with right now feels like he's ignoring them. It's not on purpose.

And the only way to get Toukan's antlers directed at you is to be a threat to someone he knows, which Blixt isn't, to his knowledge. ;D
(Blixt isn't who I was worried about offending though. That was directed more at the people behind the deer.)
