Even though we're not talking about the same people, I'll tell you that there are always TWO wrongs in a fight. If it consists of more people, then there are even more wrongs. Never just believe your friends for what they say, even if they are your friends.
Been through that far too often. But it's your choice, ofcourse..

I find it extremely tragic that one of these people is allowed to use In Characterness as an excuse to harrass people, but when a player who's characters' very nature is to protect those who need it, and they let their character do just that, they get into trouble.

For being In Character.
Which is exactly what the "bad guy character" was doing.

In this occassion, it was a Roleplay. The "bad guy"'s player had permission to chase the little "victim". And a "Guardian" deer, who feels it a duty to defend those who need it, interfered to protect the little victim character.
The Guardian's player treated it as In Character, and interacted in a Roleplay fashion.

The "Bad Guys" player obviously got upset because things did not go the way she wanted it to go.

That is not what I was informed of. I was informed that Virgil went up to said character for walking around.

Oh, but here's something hypocritical:

I find it tragic how you fail to separate this person from their character, when the character is in fact completely separate from the player. The player is not the character. Do you understand this?
And there is video proof of other occasions of Virgil going up to and bothering this other character when he was just walking around.
Why are no other players treated the same way? Why are they not accused of using their character as an excuse to harass? Why target one, and defend another?

And, as it seems you had not been told. Lucian was there defending and protecting before Virgil entered the scene. Lucian was also expressing more aggression and threatening actions, however it would seem Raz only takes my one occassion of lowering antlers and blocking attempts personally.

First: I think this is where Ren went after a fox-like character. Whom actually didn't like it OOCly either. Virgil and Polt were blocking the way. Raz ignored me and walked -RIGHT- through me. Which after I ofcourse couldn't take her seriously anymore. Third video is the same occassion. If you're going to ICly harrass others, which is fine, then take the protectors SERIOUSLY too.
Second video: Ren harrassing Kaoori, a sister to Virgil. Obviously. THere is not even any AGRESSION in it. If someone dances on top of you, doesn't that MAYBE make you think that it's OOCLy not appreciated? Does she even have Kaoori's approval to harras her? I think not.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEAASE I hope you'll see it one day.. She's talking all of you into hating someone you barely know.. She did it to me too, and I care a lot about her, but I won't let her do that to me anymore.. Please please take the time to create your own opinion.. Please, just.. This is so ridiculous...

I'm just tired of it. (I swear all the shit related to this has made me cry more than anything else this year. And I don't have the luxury of crying whenever I want. I have to hide it at home so people won't ask me what's wrong.)
This grudge has been going on since...about a year?
I've mentioned overseeing a talk or something like that, but...it hasn't happened mostly due to timezones. And now I don't know who to believe, if anyone.
Sometimes I wish there were no timezones so I could witness these things for myself.

My main problem is, I keep getting myself involved. If two people (especially my friends) can't seem to work out a conflict they have, it seems like there needs to be a third party involved. I don't know how to ignore things close to me.

Walking near, through, towards, standing in, and nuzzling is not harassment, IC or not. Azriel does THE EXACT SAME THING, more so than Ren does and it has never been qualified as harassment.

Now, you've agreed in the past to ignore Ren inforest. In exchange, Ren would ignore Virgil. IC OR NOT.
In all those instances, Ren was stalking someone who happened to be near Virgil and not acknowledging him in the least, keeping up half of the deal.

Trust me, Raz doesn't play games in order to get on your nerves or any of the like. She'd really rather just not be able see you in forest at all. I really wish there were a way to just make certain players invisible, that way you could not see Ren, Ren could not see you, and we could all just get the frick on with it.

If you want it to end, IF YOU REALLY WANT IT TO STOP, then don't let Ren exist for you. Ignore him completely. Do not let yourself see him. There is no way he can hurt you, there is no way he can permanently scar you, he is made up. So he's nearby. So he walked through someone you knew. A reaction is not required.
The idea only exists if you allow it.
None of these deer exist if you cease to accept the idea. Azriel does not, Ren does not, Virgil, Scape, Polt, All of them.

Stop letting made up characters and their fictional actions in a digital world effect you so much. It seems unfeeling, it seems apathetic, but see whatever you want. This is my opinion.

Mis, VCG, I have nothing against you as people. In fact, if we never talked about this, we could probably be friends. I like both of you, I like your characters, your ideas, your writing.
Because of this, I'm not going to fight with you, and apologize if I've hurt you.
But this does not change where I stand.

Please, just listen to this and let them stop existing for each other. This is all this fight is going to lead to anyways, no matter how long it's dragged out or how good both points are.
