Like always I can't keep my mouth shut.

Who the hell are you to decide what is not TEF and what is not allowed her? Personally I think you're acting like some fake moderator telling us what we should post and what we shouldn't. You don't have the right to say what's useless and what's not.

I don't mind people stating their opinions, but I don't like the tone of this blog. It's not like: 'I think this and that is not right' but more like 'This and that is useless' which gives a total different impression. Do you really think creating a special account and posting a blog with all the things YOU think are useless is going to change anything? I think that's a little arrogant of you.

But to keep it useful, I'll reply to the points you have stated:

1. Roleplaying blogs - I don't see them that much to be honest, most of them get deleted when they die out and replaced by fresh ones. So the page isn't spammed by roleplay blogs actually. Updates and biographies are seen more frequently.

2. 'Love' blogs - Actually, I haven't seen any of those in a while, so it's not worth mentioning.

3. 'OMAI HELLO' blogs - Same thing, don't see them frequent enough to get annoyed by it. Don't forget most of us are cheery, hyper teenagers and sometimes we just like to make a blog for the heck of it. What's wrong with having some fun once in a while? Those aren't spamming the page either.

About the pictures, yes there are some non-TEF related pictures, but most of them are just artwork of our players. Besides this being deer community, it's also an artistic community and there's nothing wrong with showing some of your work once in a while. Be a bit flexible!
And mature stuff? I haven't seen anything shocking. Besides, children have parents, they carry the responsibility for what is seen on the Internet. We don't. Not that we can spam the page with porn, but I hope you get my point without having to explain it any further.

Stereo types - They exist, really. There wouldn't be much fun and amusement without them, plus, they're fun to play. TEF is a magical setting, but a setting only! We are free to do with our characters as we please and explore their possibilities.

So there. No community is perfect and changes can't be forced. Things go the way things go and if you don't like it, I would recommend you to leave. Sadly I don't see another option.

I must say I even agree with some of them.

The reason why I do not voice myself on the community site is because of what's taking place here right now.

People ganging up on others.
An entire group of people, pointing their fingers, disregarding the over all message and just saying "you're bad!"

I'm surprised by the response to this post. Way to show tolerance and empathy, gang. "You can leave if you don't like it" is the war cry of the exclusionists. Many of NotTEF's points are pefectly valid, regardless of how long she/he has been a registered user.

I happen to agree on many of these points. Hardly anyone around here criticizes this sort of self-centered jackassery because the majority are little girls or young women or ladies and they think it's all just adorable. Many of them read Twilight and unironically call it "literature". But I think that we can do a little better than this, and I think it took some guts to point out some of the beyond annoying shortcomings of this so-called "community site".

re: human deer pictures - I think this is beyond lame. Who cares? Keep your pitiful make-out fantasies to yrselvzkthx.

re: characters - I'm the emo poet and deaf murderer weretiger/deer-prince from space! I'm also shy AND Grumpy, even though I am undefeatable in battle and immortal. And sometimes a human - here is a picture.

A tip to any who take offense - grow a sense of humor. If you can't laugh at yourself, you may be a douchebag.

I just stated that his way of putting it is very... rude in my opinion. It's not clear that he is expressing an opinion, because he gave me the impression he's trying to tell us what we can or what we can't do on this site. But I won't further discuss this, because now it's clear to me.

And despite his complaints and the fact they aren't that idiotic, I'm going to stick with what I said. If he doesn't like it, he can leave anytime he want. Really. Because what else is there to do? Don't get me wrong, I'm an idealistic person but a community evolves in a way you can't force. And people that feel like they're not fitting in anymore, that's very sad, but what can we do? This is a free community. There we no real rules stated by M&A as far as I know, so people are actually free to post what they want. The majority decides how it's going to look on here. And probably the majority is a bunch of teenage Twilight readers

Maybe the biggest shortcoming is the freedom we got. The freedom to post whatever we can and whatever we want. My suggestion is to be a little more tolerant, even if you don't like it. But if anyone has a better idea about how we could solve this problem, I'm open for anything. Please let me hear, I'm very curious. And that's not sarcasm, because I realize there might be people out there with ideas I haven't thought of.

Oh, by the way. You said you weren't going to change anything. But what is the use of stating a problem without having any possible solutions or feeling motivated to solve the problem? Or should I consider this some sort of vent?

I think that the introdution of the very idea that not everyone is okay with this sort of drivel was the primary point of this post and my reply. As you point out, this is a community and everyone has an opportunity to share their thoughts on how we could make it a better place and to engage the community as a whole. You don't have to agree or disagree. As you also point out, M&A have the only authority over content, so what solution am I supposed to offer exactly? Further, a lack of a suitable compromise doesn't mean that I suddeny have to accept these shortcomings, or that I have to like them, or that I must remain silent. I don't intend to ever tell anyone here what to do or not do, but I will joyfully ignore and ridicule such content. You offer no other solution yourself, so perhaps we are both merely engaged in a sharing of ideas an opinions.

If you take offense, it's quite likely that you either currently or in the past engaged in these actions which vex some of us. If you don't like it when someone points out that maybe this sort of behavior is juvenile and annoying, you could always just leave.

XD Just kidding, but do you see how dismissive that is? BTW - in my experience, being honest is nearly always tantamount to rudeness, but I'd rather be clear and rude than meaningless and inoffensive.

I disagree on all of these points, I'm mad that you said this, but I don't really care anymore about you complaining. You can complain, sure, but it's not like everybodys listening.

As long as you don't actually make these changes to The Endless Forest, I'm fine with ignoring your opinions.
