The little antlers Flyleaf mentioned are the 'noh' antlers, they look like little stubs. There are also feather antlers (peacock and magpie), if you'd like a total antler alternative.
As well, if you use one of the three newest antlers added to the game and play using version 3.31 or earlier, the game will not display your antlers to you, and instead will make your deer look like a stag who's very recently shed his antlers. It is of note that this will only affect how you see your deer--all players using version 3.41 will simply see the pair of antlers you have on your deer.
The newest antlers are the Swan [black coloured white-tailed deer style], the Inky Koi [fish fins], and the Barn Owl [the oddly shaped beige/tan antlers which, IMO, resemble an Eld's deer's antlers--they're meant to represent an owl's talons as it descends on prey, I think].
Really? O: I never would have associated the Barn Owl antlers with a red deer's antlers by myself. That's super cool to know. o:
(After looking at that picture of a red deer, I can totally see it now, actually. Ah well, at least I still think they kind of suit my Eld's deer character too. TEF is so good to stretch one's imagination with.)
