FAMILY
†Phaios, 'Pai'†; The mother, the guardian. Despite being an adoptive mother, Pica had looked up to the doe and felt a great sense of awe at her resilience, peace and inner strength. A calming and benevolent figure. Now, looking back, she now feels a sense of regret having not spent her time with the doe as wisely and taking her presence as granted. Missed achingly - however, a new pathway to take back her mother from the dead has arisen - excited, terrified and anxious.
Rossamund, 'Rossy'; Adoptive brother through Phaios. One of her most cherished relations, sometimes feels his overly caring nature will lead him to great trouble, and so has taken to try telling her brother to worry more for himself. A totem to her short childhood and better memories, is viciously protective of. Has recently learnt of his seeming ability to not die? Freaked out by this, but keeps it inside and unspoken of. Acknowledged as the 'better sibling' by Pica, Rossamund's the one that Pica will always turn to when distraught or otherwise.
Despite her obvious preference and endearment towards her brother, Pica always experiences a curl of guilt in her stomach whenever she sees his pale, drawn face. To her, she evidently isn't chalking up to what being a big sister is, and her inability to simply keep her brother company throughout most of his life and meet more of his friends stabs at her conscience constantly. Though he is one of her most fundamental relationships, she often feels as if she is inept and unable to take care of him as she should and is inadequate for meeting even the most basic standards of being a sibling. As such, she often believes that he may well be better off without her. Wracked with emotions of regret and self-reproach when she is alone and thinks about it too much.

» extended/distant family
Isobel, 'Izzy'; A childhood friend, Pica is unaware of her tie as an adoptive half-sister through Phaios. Has always looked forwards to seeing her again, and is faintly anxious over, having not seen it a while.
Eve; Adoptive half-sister through Phaios, though is unaware of this. A long, loong time ago had interacted with her.
Mire; Adoptive half-brother through Phaios, though is unaware of this. A long, loong, even loooonger time.
Miriam; Adoptive half-sister through Phaios, though is unaware of this. Pica is dum okay she doesn't know many ppl
Morioch; Adoptive half-brother through Phaios, though is unaware of this. First interaction was negative, seeing that he'd targeted Rossamund with Thane.
FRIENDS
Lohtu, 'tutu'; A childhood friend, and almost considers him her brother. Probably her first source of bruises and pain, actually as a child, their daily ritual of very rough play and snuggles afterwards quintessential in strengthening their bond. Adores without failure and thoroughly enjoys company, be in the riotous moments or quiet spaces in between. Has always brought a sense of adventure and joy in her life. A constant throughout her younger years, has become scarce, and in her alone-time mulls over his disappearance. Not good for her, but does it anyway. Amused by the height difference between them now and treats him - whether he knows it or not - more gently than ever, aware of his small stature compared to hers now.
Monroe; Actually such a piece of shit in her mind, but even though she doesn't like him it doesn't mean she doesn't trust him. Loves to hate him, and showing any kind of genuine affection that isn't wrapped up in layers of sarcasm and prickliness is physically painful. She says she tolerates him because he's her brother's....... boyfriendo? not boyfriendo???? but honestly she kind of likes having someone to yell at. Deep deep deep down she thinks he's cool and a good friend but she'd rather be killed three and a half ways than admit it. Partly because she wouldn't be able to bear the insufferable, genuine glee he would react with - like, he pisses her off sooooooo bloody much, but idk he's still a friend in her book and if that doesn't say anything about their relationship--
Verve, 'Vur'; The dark, super-tall doe had been intimidating at first, but upon being introduced through Lohtu, finds her to be tons of fun and fascinating, with all her paints and colours. She had also been Pica's comfort after Phaios's death, and gifted the at-the-time child her current pendant in the likeliness of her mother as well as a small pouch of white paint. Now, having withdrawn into herself, rarely allows herself to visit the doe, feeling as if she doesn't belong in her presence and only drag her down.
ben 'funny of-same'; A friend who Pica finds is immensely amusing, having fun in romping around and spelling each other in different, sometimes ridiculous looks. Doesn't see much of now, but it may also be due to her recent inactivity.
ACQUAINTANCES
Ronra; Cool, buff lion-lady. Thinks she's cool. Ronra's cool.
Zorn; Kind of intimidated by his size, but realizes he's a bit of a huge fluffyball of dorky love. Pretty fun to be around, and if not anything else, a really good heater.
Xanos; Chill guy. Kind of intimidated at first due to his staggeringly huge
ass size, but realised he's a nice person to simply relax with. Would probably seek out for company again if given the chance. Also flirty things but it's k. Pica thinks it's funny.
Ramsus; An acquaintance through Lohtu, the ram terrified Pica in her youth. Presently, though, she has learnt to see past his appearance to truly enjoy his company. Believes him to be calm and stoic.
Gyors; Has only met the pup once, but foundered a slight distaste in it's needyness. Is aware he is Rossamund's charge.
DISLIKED
Unathi; Their first and only interaction had been negative. Upon being informed by her brother that the unicorn and her partner had hurt him repeatedly, stands on the belief that any action the unicorn takes is for malevolent reasons. Would keep a wary eye on.
Vittani; As a child, found the raptor doe to be a neutral figure - though she made no effort to protect Pica from her 'packmate',
did give her honey. >u> As she aged, the doe became more of an antagonistic figure in her eyes, on one occasion chasing Pica off with the intent to wound. Negative.
Raptor; A scarce form, but had chased and terrified her as a fawn. Big fat no.
Greitai, 'toothy'; Considered dangerous, and is something of her childhood 'arch enemy'. Enjoys taunting and being a brat to the raptor, though definitely not the bruises and scrapes afterwards. Holds an interesting relationship with the carnivore, Greitai admittedly being the only constant throughout her life, and as a result, is almost eager to see the raptor at times, her appearance marking some sort of stability throughout her existence.
lost..?
Israel, 'Izy'; Her lazybutt older 'brother'. Had promised her a long time ago to take her into the 'hooman' world, and though he has been absent from her life for a while now, still clings onto that promise, as a sign that he will reappear.
Much more satisfied, Pica
She still didn't like this of-same, but at least it had moved. Which was progress.

Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
"Whatever," he said before
He watched how the little fawn fixed up her den. He couldn't help but feel a little bad for messing it up. "I should've been acting like the adult, not her," he thought. He reached into his back pocket and felt around for anything. He found his wallet and pulled it out.
So sweet. 8D -- Pica was
--
Pica was alert, but tired. She kept watch on this of-same, but it was frequently interrupted by her eyelids drooping down, blurring the form. Then, like a ritual, she would shake herself awake. Shuffling around, Pica noses around her feather-pile. Apparently the ones that Akken had helped her get were dried now. Energised since she had something to do again, Pica goes about sticking feathers into cracks, holes and chinks in the ground and tree, even occasionally weaving a long flight feather into the thin sticks supporting her den.
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
OOC: He's not that bad, just
He watched her tidy her nest up and decorate it with feathers. He would do something similar as a child, but with hay and random trinkets he found, even though the trinkets were old and rusty. It made him feel like he had things, even though they had very little. He looked at the old photo of his biological parents. He rather missed them, but thankful that his adoptive parents were able to care for him. He shook the thought away, "No use crying about it."
He found some paper money and change, and tossed it over to her. "Here," he said. He has no use for the money anyway.
D'aww. He really needs to get
--
Pica's ears perked towards the direction that the of-same was and she paused for a few moments from delicately placing a feather into a crack in the bark. Did he say something? Turning from her task at hand, Pica watches this of-same from the corner of her eye. And it was the corner of her eye that caught the bright glint of something shiny. Spun quickly to investigate it - turned out to be hard and shiny and very small, as well as a few crackly, funny looking leaves. Pica glanced at the of-same. "For me? What'sit?" Her tone isn't aggressive though - merely cautiously curious.
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
OOC: He'll slowly get weaned
"It's called money. It's for your den," he said. He figured she'd like the shiny coins, and maybe the paper since they had pictures and designs on them.

The biggest problem right now
NOTE: I can give it a try. >:]
Playing an aggressive character is new to me though, so sorry if it many not be up to scratch.
@Nika - long wait, sorry about that. >.<
Pica pawed a bit at the unknown stuff - meny? - and shuffled around it a bit, but was satisfied how bright it glinted in the sunlight. Pica picked it up in her mouth - then decided against it. It had a weird, metallic taste. And smelt like the of-same. So instead, she gently shuffled them over to her den, careful that the leaf-meny didn't blow away. She wasn't as interested in them as much as the shinies, but she didn't want to offend this of-same.
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
Hi there... Sorry about
Sorry about the size...
HRRN. ♥
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
OOC: Himmel's scent is of
He watched her push the coins and paper money into her den. He looked at his suit; he had decorative pins, but thought they might poke her if she put them in her den. "That should be good enough," he thought. He scratched his head and felt the remains of his antlers. They felt like they were growing a bit.
He then remembered his glasses. He had taken them off because his sight was improved when he entered the forest. It was like he had never had glasses. He took them out of his pocket. "You can have these too," he said setting them on the grass. "They're glasses."
Ah. -- She didn't really like
--
She didn't really like the smells on the shinies very much, but she hoped that they would soon fade off. It hurt her nose and made them sting. No matter. Sneaking a small glance at the of-same, Pica really didn't know what to make of him. First he was a meanie and pooey but now he's okay. Disregarding this from her fawn-mind, Pica notices he put down some other shiny - but she could see right through it! How strange. Wait - the of-same was saying something. Glasses? Hm. The fawn decided that she'd have a bit of a rest before manoeuvring them over to her den. It wasn't that she was greedy, but Pica merely didn't know the social cues of "Here, take these. Oh no, no, it's alright..." etc.
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
♥♥
YES. I APPROVE OF THAT.
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
I can imagine Bluejay usin'
Hm. Yusyus. Going to add that
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
Aww. ♥
Pica, wipe up your nose
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
He watched her, she seemed to
It wasn't like he didn't like fawns, no, he only disliked the undiciplined ones, and she wasn't seeming to bad. He was like her when he was small; saw beauty in the smallest things. He supposed his personality came from the army, having to fight you way up, and from the addiction. He took up heroin because he needed to work more and more, and this was to help him. But, it didn't matter now. He had no more, and he was more afraid of the withdrawals than the effects of the drugs on him body.
He just stared into space, thinking. He knew he couldn't be aggressive in the forest. He had seen aggressive deer being put in their place. But, that certainly didn't mean he would be a pushover.
You officially killed me with
Not particularly paying
@Player of blue-birdy and others [.. don't ask]
There are a lot of things to die from cuteness and others to die from frustration from this little terror. Which is it? XD
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!

Maybe try re-logging? Usually
all clear, now.
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
He watched her wander away in
"I wish I was a fawn again."
And so he was. It seems the Gods' heard his request, and granted it to him for a short time. He didn't realize he was a fawn after he said this, but he did notice his clothes felt a little loose.
tracking this, she's quite
@Alani Thank you.
Thank you. xD
@Nika
Ah! There! There were a few buds that had not yet opened in the Birch, And Pica thought they would do just fine, with their bright blue coloring and small size. Nibbling at the stalk, Pica proudly carries it back to display her prize in front of the of-same. Except.. it had gone?
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
Hehehe saw you at the birth

He heard Pica coming back and
@Nika Hm. Maybe he just ran
Hm. Maybe he just ran away. But why would he suddenly take off his pelt? Very weird. Even weirder was the confuddled looking fawn flailing around in the pelt. Amused, Pica ambles over to sniff at it politely. "Pssh. Little of-same, what are you doing? That's somebody else's pelt." She managed to murmur from the side of her mouth where she clutched the sprig of blossoms. The small fawn looked around furtively making sure the cranky of-same was not in view before trying to usher the small of-same out from the stinky-weird pelt.
@Poppy
Pica trying desperately to pay her respects without getting driven away by that patrolling sister. xD
Tried to lead the troll deer away too. Didn't work. >:l At least gave him a pair of ridiculous antlers.
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
"These are my clothes!" he
He was taller than the usual fawn with his long legs. The young fawn's body was blonde like his head and neck. On the left side of his body he had his name written "Himmel" in black Gothic lettering, and on the other side had the same letters, but they were mirrored. But, they are not tattoo or dye. Those were his markings. It was as if God picked him up and wrote his name on him, and the ink bled through to the other side.
Thanks for the set help a few
@Nika If Pica had any, she
If Pica had any, she would've raised her eyebrows. What - now the small of-same was claiming that it was his 'clothes'. Pssh. The size of a small of-same did not seem to intimidate the smaller fawn as she swaggered up to the weird-pelt. "[=#6DD6CA]Husha. Pica knows the of-same who owns this weird-pelt and the of-same is verily cranky. An afterthought left her creeping away behind the trunk that made up one side of her fern-den and pretend to look out for the of-same she was talking about.
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
@Tuoho It's fine. xD I'm glad
It's fine. xD I'm glad I could help.

@CrazyV Thank you.
Thank you.
@Rhhya
I'm glad you think so.
@Nika
Pica's 'eyebrows' would've raised even higher. She nods, unconvinced. "Uh-huh. Like the of-same would leave his 'clothes' behind. I'm not that silly." But at the mention of the 'meny' and the shinythings, Pica paused. Suppose the small of-same was saying the truth. Or maybe it was just lying. Undecided, Pica rubs absent-mindedly at the tree trunk out of habit of scenting her home.
@poppy
She got her respect through and got a glimpse at the fawns. That was probably enough for her.
Thank you, Tuo and Kohva!
Noo, poor Pica. T^T Lemme
Pica: Waves feebly at
.. Sorry.
THat's her way right now of saying thank you. She can't do much else right now. Thankee for the concern too. ♥

By the way, Akhen's starting to molt. And here comes Actaeon.
"Did someone harm you, Pica?" The masked stag questioned with the slightest tilt of his head as he lowered his face to stare at the fawn. He knew the answer before he asked, but he wanted to make sure it wasn't some fall or...something similar.
