[Just feeling up for some (slow) roleplaying with Gustiro and Idelle.
Anyone is welcome to join even if others have already joined. Just keep in mind I am likely to be slow replying even if I am currently online here or in forest. The roleplay could stretch for a few days and I am not worried about timelines as far as this is concerned. Just relax and type with me. XD

Gustiro rests beside a patch of poppies, his mask laying hidden amongst the flowers giving him a chance to feel the cool breeze upon his face. His ears were perked and he seemed more awake then he had been for days. Still he stayed where he lay lacking the energy he normally showed and his energetic daughter displayed by bouncing and kicking around the flower bed.
"Is Iddy Biddy! Is listen, yes? Come settle back. Come, come."
The bull seemed a little irritated but none the less gentle with the fawn. Several times he had tried to get her to sit. Even after a brief attempt to wear her out with games but found himself having a hard time keeping up with her play as he use to with other fawns before her coming. His body and heart ached, his mind crowded. Today, at least, his daughter kept two of three rather busy and full.
Idelle finally seemed to pay him mind after a few attempts by the bull. Though she did not settle down beside him. Instead she found him a great mountain to be conquered and scrambled over his back in attempts to reach and tug at his ears. The red bull grunted and finally heaved himself to his hooves allowing the little red and white merle to slide from his back. She landed upon the ground with a huff and stared wide eyed up at her father. Gustiro had turned around and with amusement in his eyes lowered his head to touch noses with her.
"Is time learn, yes? Talk is much expect here. Is easy with 'Papa', yes? Is say 'Papa', Iddy Biddy, yes?"
The little fawn stared back into his eyes, a moments pause. Then a sudden burst of giggles and the young fawn bounded away from him back into the flowers. Gustiro stared after her with disappointment. This was not going to be easy. He had his share of experience with fawns but his involvement had always been their entertainment and protection. He never had to
teach them much for that was the parents job. Wasn't it? Heaving a sigh the bull sank back to the ground.

"Oh dear."
She'd been sat amongst the ferns a little way off for a short while, shadows mingling with the dark patch of chestnut over her back, camoflaging her. The doe's expressioned was filled with amusement, and had been since she'd began watching the unexpectant father and the little fawn that would no doubt be giving him trouble until his life ended.
The doe wanted to approach, because a parent in her eyes was automatically a welcoming body, one that would not hurt her, and so already she felt safe. Large rich brown ears were spun forward, listening to everything around the forest, faint bleats of alarmed fawns, the sound of antler upon tree, chattering birds. Red rose to stilted hooves, stomach swollen with the promise of her own offspring.
"Good morning!"
Stalking this for now.
[xylv, I do not mind at all.
Gustiro's ears had quickly swirled in the doe's direction. The large red bull's body instantly tense and prepared for a fight. With his daughter close he was perhaps more dangerous then if he was alone. Though as dark eyes rested on the pregnant doe he was given pause and soon after he relaxed once more where he lay. She was no threat.
Now curiosity found his maskless face. She was not familiar, she was not one of his known deer.
"Is clear morning," he agreed as he looked up to the sky as if to search for clouds. Still one ear pointed to where Idelle frolicked.

"Pleasure to meet you, sir. Is she yours?"

While the bull seemed lazy and a bit sluggish he did seem to perk up, head lifted slightly higher and shoulders squaring as Red inquired about Idelle. There was obvious pride for the small fawn in Gustiro's eyes. Healthy, strong, and currently as beautiful as her mother as he saw it.
"Is mine, yes. Is... Is born mine."
There was a bit hesitation as he elaborated on the fact that she was his by blood. He could have children. He had no restriction from having his own. But there was more to it then that. She was a symbol of his betrayal of oath. He did not want to just know she was his. He wanted her to know he was her's by heart and not just by duty. His mind told him this was wrong. Strange as it may seem to others.
The young Idelle did not even realize she was being talked about. Her focus was currently completely on a butterfly that had landed on one of the poppies. She bounded after it which sent it fluttering off with her in pursuit. Knowingly safe under her father's watchful eye she need not worry about anything.
