The Scorpion's Sting.
Tail is deadly equipped with venom, see
here for symptoms. Always uses her stinger during fights but does not always envenom her targets. The usage of venom will be indicated by sneezing her antlers off to default.

Unhallowed.
The light and the holy is harmful to her body, this includes substances and magic. Primarily in the forest, the devout spell rapidly scorches her fur and flesh and can even result in death if she is over exposed to it. Once upon a time, owned a magical blockade in the form of a pendant that blocked any kind of magic thus protecting her from the devout's harmful effect but it has long since been lost.

When the little doe's voice breaks their silence, the feline's face angles towards her with slight inclination. Talla's trembling speech is something of familiarity to Umay; it doesn't faze her. The word of a message does leave her on edge, however. Had it been from anyone other than the Cripple, her own unease would hardly be of existence.
"Of course," she answers, her voice soft to disguise her own uncertainties and perhaps quell her companion's nerves.
I'm srry I'm so word

A small, swift nod. She looks at the earth, getting herself ready. It shouldn't be this hard, it shouldn't... not to just speak. Her insides felt as if they had just gotten up and left her body entirely, leaving an ache that couldn't be properly described. Deep breaths for a little while, then a small hum to herself, to remind her of comforts if nothing else. "H-he w-wants you t-t-t-to..." a pause, frustrated with herself for obvious reasons, "kn-know th-that h-he isn-nn't m-mad, n-not an-nym-more. H-he t-t-told m-me... i-in th-the s-sum-mmer?"
It feels good to have finally delivered the message, even if it had taken her half a year to do so. It hadn't felt that long. She remembered the other part of what he had said, and tentatively adds it on, opening her mouth a few times in false starts, "...A-and miss-sses you. S-secretl-ly."
She looks up then, head at an angle as if wary of her mother's reaction, wanting desperately to have at least some good news for Nidhem but neither willing to lie or force such a thing if it wasn't true. While she's on a roll, she adds, "I'm s-sorr-rry, too. L-leav-ving for s-so l-long. If y-you... i-if..." she trails off there, uncomfortable with making assumptions, but equally unhappy with not apologising now she had the chance. She makes a push, "...W-worr-rried. H-he n-need-ded us."

It'd be no lie to admit that Talla's blatant stress alone over the matter unnerves the lioness, filling her with a sense of dread because a bigger portion of her expects that what's to come is going to be anything but kind. The Obsidian would never blame Nidhem for any lingering resentment towards her – she never had done, really. It's well deserved and if he won't loathe her for her role in their wreckage? Ghosts of their past will continue to ensure that what Umay had done to her son, what they had done to each other, will still haunt her each time her ability to shut it out wanes.
It's hardly even soothing, what finally tumbles from the doe's mouth in broken words. And worse yet: how could he miss her? But just as the question sounds in her mind, her ability to relate to that – still finding yourself longing for someone who had completely and utterly tore at your heart – serves as enough of an answer she cares not to question for validation; their history is better left untouched. At least Nidhem is no longer chained down by his hatred, there comes gladness for the boy in that fact.
The feline's physical tension, subtle but visible all the same, lessens when her company drifts onto another matter. 'Us,' she assumes the other to be Illrose. But... 'Us,' the word brings her to something entirely different and it drags her into further discomfort. The lioness does well to conceal most of it all behind a blank exterior.
"I did worry," she starts quietly, addressing the disappearance first before finding the words for what came before. There's no use in clinging to ill feelings for those who leave without a single word. Everyone does it. Not to say that it stops her bitterness, though, but she can't find herself harboring it for Talla. "But... it's all right. I just hope that you're okay," the words are meant sincerely even if she doubts it. From then on, nothing more slips from her tongue but the span of silence isn't lengthy. "Nidhem..." the name barely reaches past a tentative whisper. "I'm not mad anymore, either. And I'm... I am so, so sorry," she doesn't know why she says this to Talla; she won't ask for her to tell him this, and she'd long ago forbid herself from uttering a word to him so hollow, a word that won't mend the scars she had left on his body, his mind, and it won't mend the limb he had lost. Again, no more is said for some time, but after a quiet exhale of breath, "...Thank you for telling me, Talla."

She isn't sure if the other is tense or not, being so concerned with watching for such a thing means it's likely all in her head. And it's gone so quickly that maybe it wasn't real in the first place. Grateful when the lioness speaks again, the roe is able to calm her insecurities a little though she can't deny a pang of guilt, tinged with a small dose of incredulity. Surprisingly, this is shown only in her eyes and a surprised blink.
The guilt slowly builds until the next set of words - it's alright. She's reminded of a recent conversation in which those very words had caught her from similar emotions. They help more than the other probably realises. Still, she can't help but glance down in response to the accompanying words. Okay? Not being sure of that herself makes it hard to know how to respond, so she waits in silence and drifts into thought. Her brother's name brings her back immediately, and the thought has her briefly think on the irony of considering him such, especially when in the company of Umay, during this particular conversation.
She listens quietly, ears respectfully tilted to the voice. Eyes break from their long gaze at the ground and travel to the earthy tones of the lioness, managing to look to her dark mane and the impossibly black eyes, shadowed and hidden as they are. Sorry. So sorry. Her own thoughts on what had happened were complicated, but she and the buck had discussed it and that had helped tremendously. To hear those words reassured the doe, and a soft hum is all she responds with for now.
Silence for a while, needing to get her thoughts together. Finally, she speaks, "I... I'll b-be ok-kay. Alw-ways am, in th-the end," she's very wary of her wording, not wanting to be cause for further worry, "Wh-when N-nid c-comes back." if she said it out loud, it helped her resolve in believing it. A 'thank you' is on the tip of her tongue, though she manages only to mouth it silently.
"...Wh-when he c-comes back, m-may I r-r-relay th-this?" she wished she didn't have to ask for permission so often, certain it will rub nerves the wrong way. Better than doing wrong by someone she cared for, though. To take away any possible perceived pressure, she adds, "O-or j-just th-that you kn-know?"
Her ears fall back in a moment of uncertainty, then the smaller female leans upward, making a stretch to gently touch her muzzle against the demoness' chin. A silent thank you and a small attempt at trying to make up for... oh, everything. The feeling of having wronged or failed the lioness in some way, or continually doing so, is practically embedded into the blue doe's mind. The feeling isn't exclusively for her mother, but it is strongest around her.

Umay's entirely content with the small doe's frequenting silence and, if anything, it is appreciated. Further words on the matter are not necessary, though they wouldn't be unwelcome. Talla's answer earns no more than a soft, acknowledging glance. No, the words do not soothe her concern over her daughter's wellbeing currently, but the lioness does hold faith in that last portion. Due to her dark eyes already gently hovering about the blue lady, she does catch the fleeting motion of lips.
The following question is given careful thought, but an answer of her own doesn't take long to sound.
"Whatever you think is best," she'll make the right choice, she knows. After a drawn out pause, she returns to Talla's first few words. "If you or Nidhem are ever in need, please find me. You won't be a bother in doing so." She is uncertain when it comes to including the buck if only because of his apparent disappearance, something Umay hadn't been blind to.

--
Slightly comforted by the other's words, she takes her time processing them. She doesn't feel rushed, which helps her gradually calm and keep her thoughts from growing too frantic... even if it doesn't show. To be honest, that comes to a grinding halt when the lioness offers... well, something she'd tried to avoid ever doing. For that reason, it is a conflicting statement to hear. Will it really not be a bother? Although feeling guilty for being so, she's skeptical about that. A mentality brought on by years of perceiving herself as a burden, of instilling herself with certain thought patterns to avoid getting hurt or hurting others - a hard way of thinking to shake, but one she believes is for the best.
A significant silence stretches, the roe weighing those words heavily. In the end, she takes a deep breath and exhales it before speaking again, "O-okay... w-will." a more meaningful response than it appeared, acceptance of something that frightened her, trusting the words were true. "Th-thank y-y-you," again, "...L...L-loves." It's hard to say, and she'll pay for it later when she's alone, but the roe felt it was deserved. A small nod, and she rests her head on the ground, not trying to get any sort of answer out of the demoness or force returned affection. Therefore she would avoid doing anything that might suggest such a thing; such as eye contact.

sigh i feel you here too

The general ease with their conversation, no matter the weight at its hand due to who it concerns, had been something noted by the lioness and acknowledged with further silent appreciation. And, for varying reasons, she's glad it had been Talla to deliver the message to her.
Although there is doubt, Umay's pleased to have the doe's acceptance of her offer.
"Loves," she softly returns, the ghost of a smile faintly tugging at the corners of the feline's inky lips as she leans down to give a gentle brush of her muzzle against the space at Talla's nape.

Abyssal pools guardedly haunt God Burner. All that betrays her stillness is the faint quivering of taut muscle; his presence alone sears fraying nerves, tempts reined bloodlust – too often is she slave to its thirst.
The few words he utters garner only her silence and stares, the Orchid wastes no breath in spilling her voice to him. She's hardly keen to humor the Wolf.

When opened, another engraved, tooth-like necklace is found, except instead of a tiger like the two he'd gifted just moments before, a lion's head is carved. A sausage would reveal a small note stuck to it; and while small, the Nightling hopes she remembers, or at least understands the meaning, the event, behind it. The next two are necklaces; one from himself and the other from the Incendiary: a tiger's skull on a metal chain and a more dazzling one with gems in the shape of a feline's head.
