Can someone help me get 3.3 to work?

I swear Ive tried everything. Ive tried unzipping it with more than one program...the setup goes fine but then I get on and nothing has changed? What gives. It seems odd that the readme on the Endless Forest folder says 3.3, yet my game is still 3.21.

Does anyone have any ideas of what Im doing wrong? I would really appreciate help, since Ive gone 2 weeks in anticipation of playing. Its not fair argh. >_<

If it helps Ill go through the steps?

1) Click download link and 'save'
2) Wait for it to load, and when it does open it with WinRAR unzipper.
3) Open the 3.3 folder and click the setup.
4) Save folder in Endless Forest 3
5) Open TEF and nothing has changed, but my folders have all changed to 3.3

And also, I have tried completely unistalling TEF...yet still nothing changes and I get 3.21 back.

Well, Snowrift, I got mine in the first try. I'm going to ask first, do you use Vista? Because I do, and Vista's so annoyingly different than other versions I have to know. XD I didn't save mine when I downloaded it, I just opened it with Windows Explorer, then extracted it and ran the set ups. I also didn't uninstall my other version, I think it just saved over top of it... All my screenshots and everything are still intact. Wish I could help more, if I helped at all. :/

It didn't ask me for a specific program to extract anything with. :/ Okay, I'm going to go through this step by step like I did it....

1: Open with: Windows Explorer (default)
2: Allow it to download (Make sure to have hit the little download part of the status bar to open the download dialog box.)
3: Right click and hit Open
4: Double click the set-up.
5: Hit Extract All
6: Specify location
7: Hit the Set-up
8: Go through Set-up
9: Finish

Not with Internet Explorer,

Not with Internet Explorer, Windows explorer.... gah, I wish I could help more. Now it's frustrating me. >.<
