Sensed the season changing as the air grew colder and the smell of musk grew thicker in the forest, trees shredded from their bark as the stags and bucks had practiced, mud puddles edges rough and splashy. The season was here.

For a brief moment took a solitary stroll around the forest, getting to the mood of it all and watching the youngsters go at it all around to forest. Her frail white frame gliding across the forest only to be picked up bye Rye, followed her to Raavas' herd. Met a few new faces along the way, witnessed Raavas fight Hector. Rather pleased with the show the two males provided but chose to stay in Raavas' company, making a mental note of Hector as well.

Chilled in the company of Frita, Raavas and Rye, joined by her daughter Clementine as well as Tuli and Accendare at some point. Good vibes from being herded and among her kind.

The day started off just as lazy, took a walk around the woods trying to see what was going on. Nothing too interesting caught her eye, everyone was taking it rather slow. Took a breather by the Ruins where Alighieri came over to pick her up to his herd. Shrugged and joined his herd; Melantha, Red, Leto, Riinah, Neli and Ezekiel. As time went on and nothing happened, grew rather bored and highly unimpressed by the season altogether.
Things got interesting when Raavas came over to challenge Alighieri for a spar. Watched the two go at it a good while, until saw someone equally intriguing slither their way to the herd, Scathah. Went to investigate her while the spar was still going on, made a mental note to keep her in her radar.
Returned to judging the spar, resulting her leaving Ali's herd and moved over to Raavas', with Easca. Enjoyed her time in his herd, liking the musk he was spreading over the forest.
Spotted Kunst in a hill nearby them, went over to investigate and greet the boy, noticed how Raavas reacted to his presence and scolded him back to his place. No one messes with one of her kids, even if Kunst isnt her biological one.

The first year for the young buck, the different feelings and desires that the season brought with it seem all so new and exciting, the urge to impress is strong in him. From the moment he returned to the forest he felt the need to prove himself, to prove his worth among the other contestants and judges alike.
Jumped into it all, deep end calling his name so sweetly and challenged the biggest feline male competitor he could possibly find. Sparred with Hector a good while, rather unsure of what to do and what is acceptable but quickly found his way around it all and just trusted his gut in it.

Came out of the spar victorious, at least counted it as a win for him since he did manage to get a few ladies for his herd. Excited and finding himself utterly lost on what to do next, lead the herd away from the spar location into a nice little flower patch to get some time together, grooming and attending to everyone there, making sure they are relaxed and having a good time mostly. Not long after was challenged by a competitor, Malachi. Sparred with him a good while and to his surprise he didn't lose any judges to him.
Time went by and his herd was soon only Rhiannon, with whom he moved off to the hill by the Ruins. His gaze caught the sight of Mirah, decided to try out his luck and sneaked over to steal her from Malo. Succeeded in his antics and brought her to Rhiannon, where he made sure to spoil both of the does. Devani joined them and after calling out, Tuli joined them too. Made his best to keep all the ladies spoiled, and groomed and showered with appreciation he holds for their company. The moment he let his guard down even for the smallest of moments, Evander came in like a wrecking ball, challenging him and so the two sparred. Flabbergasted that he didn't lose a lady for him, excited for what the season has in store for him.

Not a very productive day, worn down by the days prior.
Attempted to steal some ladies from Jaromir and so challenged him to a spar. Got more than he bargained for and was clearly on the losing end of the spar from the start. Did his best though, but it wasn't much at all. Did gain a doe, Utu from the herd and was pleased with that, lead her off, frolicked with her quite a bit. Found a moment to be more playful with her. Later on joined by Tuli. Happy camper with the two ladies, though had still some energy left and decided to try steal ladies from Jaromir while he was sparring with Ceryn, failed beautifully in his mission and returned to his herd without further additions. Didn't lose any does though, so spent the rest of his time in the forest pampering the two.

WHAT A DAY. The boy is officially dead from exhaustion.

The day started off calm, strolling around the forest to see who was where. Caught the sight of Rye, the prettiest cream lady and made an effort to steal her from Nix, the doe was quick to join him and so the herd building began, she is the best wingwoman. Collected a few does including Nevermore, Aleta, Sigel and Neli. Grisael, Utu, Tuli, Canary and Maeve joined his herd at some point, one by one growing the herd to be the biggest in the forest for a good while.
Then the shit show of defending his precious herd began. First Kruger came over to challenge him, highly intimidated by his looks and size, but wouldnt let it stop him. Sparred with him a good while until judges came to their verdict, no losses for Vaara. Thanked for the spar and returned to pamper the ladies.
The next spar was right around, he couldnt even catch his breath properly. Raavas was lingering close by and soon came to spar with Vaara. Intimidated by his size, too, wondering what big boy gathering is this thing but gave the spar his best. The spar resulted with him losing Nevermore to Raavas, but keeping rest of the herd for himself.
Cornelius had been watching the two previous spars and didn't hesitate long before he challenged Vaara as well. Maybe a little help from Canary who lured Corn to his herd. Losing lots of energy juice from so many consecutive fights but pushes through as well as he can. The spar resulting him to lose Canary and Tuli.
Pretty beaten and out of breath, exhausted from all the fights so his nerves grew tighter and his fuse shorter and shorter. Ivarr and Tenka teamed up against him to annoy him and to steal ladies from him. Did his best to drive them away one by one, each had to be pushed away from his herd multiple times but he had to do what he had to do for the sake of his herd. Seika joined his herd from theirs, thankful for the support.
Once he got all that sorted, Yasu came over challenging him. At this point Vaara knew there was no other way but to fail as he was tired to no end and had no more energy left in his body, the adrenaline and will to impress the ladies didnt boost his strength at all at this point. Lost Utu and Rye to him, thankful for their endless support like the rest of the ladies throughout the day. As Jalo approached, the Splitface made a choice to withdraw to the birch to regain his strength leaving what was left of the herd to him.
