Watched a couple of deer duke it out, but it dragged on so long and they were so into it she's not entirely sure they were just sparring for the Rut. Looked pretty serious. Things started to settle down about the time she was approached by Stria, though, so accepted her invitation to a small, quieter group.

Found some feathers on the ground. Took a couple and stashed them away in her mane for later use. May as well be fashionable until she gets to put them into her little craft stock pile! Adorned herself with some yellow, red, and orange flowers to accent.



Settled by a tree near the Oak for a while and nearly dozed. Quiet Forest again tonight.
Noticed a couple of Competitors scoping each other out, watched their battle with bemusement. Chose the smaller, less armored of the two for his plucky courage - and so did a couple of other bystanders. Performed the customary Hello Hop with the other deer before having to sit down to get her head to stop spinning. Enjoyed some quiet time with the little herd, watched Stria and Sam tussle and again stuck with the Sambar, although it was a tough call!

Almost immediately approached by a Competitor, Madison, and drawn into a herd. Amused by his boldness and followed to join Chitz and Gita in a flower patch. And then their herd lead was off for battle! Spunky boy. Jalo put up a very good fight, but Sedir chose to stick with Madison to see what this obviously very active kid would get into next. Gia joined the group from Jalo's herd, and no sooner had they settled back into the flowers than Madison had brought back Neli to join them as well. Going to be a busy day.
Definitely not wrong, as Madison continued to pull newcomers into their group. Watched him spar with Nicolai, who seemed pretty sturdy but was run in circles by Madison. Stayed with Madi, but decided to look him up later; intrigued by his unusual legs.
Gretiai appeared and nearly ran the Judges over. Jumped in front of Gia to prevent the stranger from crashing into the little thing, expressing her displeasure with a hiss. Eventually Gretiai chilled out, but remained wary of the creature even after she settled into the flowers.
Madison invited Nicolai and the Judge he had lost to the other stag to rest with the herd. Good sport!
Watched a few more spars among other deer, and eventually headed out for the night.

Uuuugh I have to update this thing. I broke something lol.

Had scarcely set foot in the Forest when a beast she'd encountered only briefly before sought her out, covered in blood. A little stunned, but followed when requested and found... well, a mess. Yelled at the Hellseeker without much luck, and did the best she could to patch up Toska with what she had at hand.
This was not what she had in mind for her first day in the Rut.
