Give a movie suggestion,
Even if your favorite movie is a horror genre, I may find beauty in it. Might enjoy it.
Let's see... have you seen
have you seen Pan's Labyrinth? it's kinda...ew and slightly horror, but it's a beautifully done film. The director came out with a new movie that is premiering this Friday called MAMA. But that seems really scary.
If you like Iron Giant, Disney's 'treasure Planet' might tickle your fancy. It's on Netflix.
If you like Elfin Lied, you might be interested in 'Higarashi no naku koru ni', otherwised known as 'When they Cry'. It's gory, it's mind f***, and it's concept is really awesome. (Edit: I tried watching this but stopped at episode 5 because I was couldn't take it anymore xD)
Anime...: Sailor Moon, princess Tutu, Bleach, Ouran High School Host Club, Inu Yasha... those are a few off the top f my head.
If you like Labyrinth (with Jareth and Sara?) then you'll like 'The Dark Crystal by Jim Henson.
If you like Hayao Miyazaki, have you ever seen Kiki's Delivery Service, Howls Moving Castle, Ponyo, and Nausicaa of the Valley of the wind? All my favorites.
And throwing this in here, The Last Unicorn is a must see xD
if I can think of more I will add later on.
Thank you so much,

Shoot, I'm way into horror/sci-fi so I can't really name too many that AREN'T horror. Or by Hayao Miyazaki. Or with Norman Reedus in them.
Sarry!
WHY didn't I mention Silent
I didn't see the second movie yet D:
Spun is a movie I'd like to
I like that male actor.
I've seen the rest of your list.
What are your favorite Horror genre films?
Yes, Pyramid head is amazing.
I wanted to see the second one.
Since your into studio ghibli
I really love all of Yoshiaki Kawajiri's work, he's a great director.
It's a vampire/human love story, but nothing to mushy!
Though it has monsters and such in it and a bit of violence, it's not scary at all.
It's also quite visually pretty and has a good story behind it.
Just my opinion. x3
I just watched the newest lassie movie an hour ago, god I love lassie. xD
It was actually pretty good, it's so sad how she nearly dies in basically every movie though. o.o
Also watership down is amazing, and plague dogs. :3
Will note those for future
Already seen: Vampire Hunter D, Watership Down (favorite).
Will look into director Yoshiaki Kawajiri.
Thank you.
I'm just browsing Netflix, so

Matilda, ANY Disney movie, The Lorax, Avatar Series, Ferngully (classic), Hugo, Secret of Nymh (classic), Rock-a-doodle (classic), Pebble and the Penguin (classic), Jumanji, Thumblina (classic), The Secret of Moonacre, The Secret of Kells (I watch this all the time.), Hansel and Gretel, The Polar Bear King, Titan AE (never saw myself but I think its like the Iron Giant?), and Terra Nova (heard was underrated and awesome).

I also really liked Snow White and the Huntsman:
Depending on your taste, you
My first suggestions would have been Miyazaki movies but you've beaten me to the punch And Secret of Kells!
Here are some others I liked:
- Mary and Max. Clay-animated movie that had me in tears
- Life of Pi. I know it's currently in theatres so it's not out yet, but I loved it
- 9; the animated one, since i'm pretty sure there's two movies by that name.
- Corpse Bride and other Tim Burton movies. CB is my favourite though.
- God bless America. Although this could be insulting too.
- Coraline
That kitty mesmerized me.
Could I suggest The Plague Dogs? Its by the same author who wrote Watership Down (I think it's like his 3rd novel). Be prepared though, its a very sad movie but, absolutely beautiful.
Just noticed it was already mentioned. Whoops. Well you can find it on YouTube if you can't on Netflix.
@Quadraptor - Saw
@Freyja - Added Mary and Max;it's available. Already seen: 9, Tim Burton movies (too dark for me besides Edward Scissorhands), Coraline. Thank you. May see Life of Pi in the future. Unsure of God bless America;may look into it.
@Aegle - Hypnokitty wants you to be happy. You're the second one to suggest The Plague Dogs. Thank you for that;I didn't know anything about it. That interests me greatly. I'll seek it out on Youtube or other means. Will view a trailer..
bump. More recommendations would be appreciated.
