I think in order to use the

I think in order to use the house, since it's such a big object, it has to be kept in it's own "area".
Like, we have certain objects there were introduced during different phases.
Just like we have Phase 3/2/1 Grounds/ Floors, we also have the house, which might be it's own separate category.
The people who saw it might've been in that area where the house is only because M+A planned on using it... maybe.
That's just my guess. (:
