Btw, you remember that picture you compared to your newer paintings, and said it was horrible? Yeah, er. I tried to draw it (just for the heck of it), a long while back, when I first met you-- and I couldn't. The cute was way to much for me to handle. And I absolutly LOVE the tan in the background, with the lines.
I'm not just saying this to encourage you (I'd be doing this anwyway.. but that's not the point.) It's so simple, and artistic and beautiful, I would pick that one LAST out of all your pictures to compare to, to some of your more advanced stuff...
Sorry I'm rambling on about one of your older pictures and not this one (believe me it's gorgeous! and I always love seeing your art when I can!!!), but I kid you not, if I didn't have a background image that I really need to have up right now, that one is next in line for my wallpaper.
I'm dead serious. I freaking love that picture.

I'm so horrible with giving like.. great artistic comments, but I think you have your own style with the deer, and the anatomy is perfect that way. I think your style either way is great. I love her antlers, I can't draw antlers at all.

Arrrgg it frustrates me so bad with really great artisits dog on themselves >< I mean I guess its an artists job to be their toughest critic but not to the point where you're ashamed of making any.
