What do you mean by it is? I don't really get this that much. Could you please describe this a little better. I was also wonderin if you could tell me what to do with pictures that I can draw and scan into the computer. Is that what you download on photobucket?

It'll probably be easier for you than Photobucket.
You just click 'browse', choose a your picture, click the big green 'Upload Now!' button. Then you just copy and past the link the website gives you. For TEF, you want to choose the link with "[" and "]" in it.
