I'm being stupid again, can someone help? (image posting problems)

It seems that some people can't see any of the pictures I post, while others can see them fine. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong - I've tried setting my posts to both BBCode and HTML but they told me they can't see the images either way. I store them on Photobucket and use the IMG tags to post them. This is one of the posts I've had trouble with. I don't understand coding, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated!

Hm. What problems have you been encountering, exactly? Are people seeing the white box with a red 'x' in it when you post the IMG link on-site?

How very peculiar!

What browser do you use? (Just trying to isolate any possible incongruencies.) Have you had this problem with any other image on TEF, or elsewhere, lately or ever?

I use Chrome too and I can see all my own pictures fine, so I guess it's not the browser. But if I'm using the same coding as everyone else too, I have no idea what it could be. XD
