Should be able to, yes. Might have to tell it to run backwards compatibility or something, but to my knowledge TEF will work with Win8, though it may have a couple issues here and there. If you do a search you can usually find the blogs where folks discuss the issues (I think the main ones being the need to run it as an administrator and trouble with getting screenshots to work).
