Anyway I just started playing EF last night. (Only because all the other times I tried to download it, it would not work, now it does. 8D)

I do have a question... What does it mean if your "name" is glowing when you're near another deer? I feel stupid for asking... but... x3

S'not fail hehe everybody has to start somewhere!
The glow you get from touching another deer is generally just a way of showing you're close to that deer, usually affectionate, like a hug. It doesn't have to be though, it's all open to interpretation! Smiling

Yeah it's a fairly big

Yeah it's a fairly big effect, I remember being startled the first time I saw it. Still, it's sweet to sit beside a friend and see each-others mini pictograms floating around together.

Ah yes, it is! ^-^ I was quite surprised when it happened, because I thought it was because of us dancing together.
What's the best is helping some one find the mask and antlers they want, communicating with nods and the shaking of heads, and seeing their shocked reactions with some of them. =)

For sure! I love when new players first discover some of the masks change how your deer's moo sounds, the shocked expressions never get old lol.

I find it irritating, as it makes it hard to indentify pictos in screenshots. So I turned it off. But I take advantage of it too, I might get close to a friend so they see the glow even if I don't.

I'm neutral about the "glow of love". Sometimes I like it in that it's like showing affection, but other times it does make screenshots not look as good or clear. |D

*is relieved that she's not the only one that uses typed smiles* o.e

I have not played enough to dislike it. I don't take much screenies so I wouldn't know if it bothers me completely or not.

Though it always shocks me when I run past a deer then a random flash of light hits my screen.
