I know this really isn't the place to ask, but...[iTunes problem]

Hokay, so I've got a bunch of awesome MP3s that I want to download from iTunes. I gave them my credit card info and everything.

However, when I got to download, I get the following error:



I have no clue what that's saying. I know my credit card has enough money to buy everything, and this is the only place I can get these songs from.

If anyone can offer advice, that'd be great ;;

mine's been messing up too

mine's been messing up too but at least my error is in english oO
However, I just download all my music from youtube so it's not a big deal for me since I only get a few movies from Itunes =\

Don't use limewire, you will get viruses.

If anything else, I can see if I can find them on youtube and send them to you, and/or teach you how to take Audio from youtube if you don't already know.

Heh. People say using LimeWire gets ya viruses~

Now...I've been using it for years, between me and my sister there's about three thousand songs we've downloaded. Never gotten a virus once.

But anyway that's just my thoughts. iTunes is pretty strange tbh...it does some weird shizz so...

I suppose you could e-mail their support people, they've helped me out. It gives you the error code at least, so you could probably check that out to.

Though I have never got

Though I have never got viruses from Limewire when I did use it; it still is piracy. Which is illegal so I don't think it should be promoted. On that note, you should change your language to English (assuming that is your native language C:)

How to change the language:
-Click the Home button (with the little house)
- Scroll to the very bottom.
-You should see a countries flag in the right lower corner
-Click it and change the language

my japanese knowlwdge is not much but it is something like:
Your card item is [-something-(entered)] didnt come. Unknown error.
iTunes Store error occurence happened. Try again later.

the thing in [] is too small for me to read...
btw: The error is 5002...

*falls over with brain dammage... XD*

The reason my iTunes is in

The reason my iTunes is in Japanese is due to a localization thing I had to do long ago when I downloaded a Japanese graphic novel. This turned most of my applications into Japanese, and no matter what I do, it seems impossible to fix.

Thank you for the article, Ourania, I'll have to take a look at my iTunes and see if anything helps (:

As a side note, I used to use Limewire but it caused my computer to lag, and it was just becoming more of a burden than a help...

You already have a translation but if you needed another, what it says is that an item in your cart caused an unknown error and you should try again later.
Is it working now?

something might have messed

something might have messed up your settings so:
look in the "Regional and Language Options" in the Control panel.
in the tab that opens check in the "Regional options" if both drop down menus are in the language you prefer.

if its ok then you just have to change the language in the program...
?? is for options / preferences

??? is for japanese
???/?????/???? is for English there will be most probably the 1st version
