It's drab and lifeless, and I got to admit that the background and spirit-bird-things are f-ugly. The sun-whatever-thing looks like a rotten pizza and her nose is too shiny and too big/dog-like...she has no hoofs and the anatomy is fish-poots...but her eyes came out nicely...and I'm proud of myself for them and will delete this soon enough. Four hours fiddling with my stupid mouse and cramping up my fingers for pretty green eyes...bleah.

Personally I can't do backgrounds, at all, so I just make them transparent, ahaha. I like this though 8D

if you don't like working

if you don't like working with paint, I can suggest you download Gimp, if you can't download things, than you can use firefox to use Sumopaint.com 8D both are free and awesome |D

I makes me think of a water deer/spirit leaping from the ripples! Thanks, it's a nice image to keep in my head before I go sleep.

It's good that you notice your mistakes, but I think complaining is a bit too far

It's really good and I'm so jealous of your eye drawing skills. And by eye I mean the whole frigging face.

I'm so crap at backgrounds I either leave it white or colour it all one colour. I'll get round to practicing... one day...

I was trying to point out my mistakes...

-Thanks for the compliment though, but honestly it took most of my time trying to get the shades right. After that I think my brain went 'dead' on the rest of the body and face.
