I can't get my icon to load

Help.. I can get others to load but the particular I want will not load..
It's 50x50px and only 4.57 kB. I have tried loading others and then loading it up, etc etc but nothing seems to be working. :G

Make sure it's a file able to

Make sure it's a file able to be viewed, like a .jpg, .png or .gif
if it's like a psd file or something it won't work.
