You have to upload your picture on a site like photobucket - then use the IMG code and it should work just fine. ^^

http://imageshack.us/

Then post the URL to your image in-between [img] and [/img]

Oh, I see. It's a JPG. I think that's why. Do you have the original file still? If you do, maybe save it as a PNG with a transparent background and all and upload it to www.tinypic.com or something, then follow what they all said above?
