Usually I draw something really morbid or painful, or even just drawing something free and loose that I don't have to think about. That gives me time to relax and get my thoughts in order. Once I'm done and calm, I can sort out a way to fix whatever it was that was making me so angry, or at least make it better.
When I get mad, usually I end up just running away and hiding in my room :/ If I knew my dad's town better then I'd be out walking as well. Just walking circles around the places I know best. I know that's unhelpful and all, but walking around outside is a good way to get rid of some steam :<
