How do I get candle horns? I keep seeing other deer in the game with Candle horns! I don't know how they got them. I heard you can get Candle Horns SOMEWERE in the game. BUT WERE?

Candles can only be found

Candles can only be found during special In Game events, usually when there is a weather change to night time. They always appear around Halloween at the playground on the largest rock.
