How do I?

I was wondering because so many people draw things um how do you draw it? Like what program do you use to draw? I'm talking about like pictures where you draw with your mouse and yea...So if anyone would tell me I would greatly appreicate it thanks =)

I use Correll Painter

I use Correll Painter Essentials 4.

There are drawing sites online that you could find, just type what you want in the nearest search-engine and voila!

A lot of people use Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.

I use two programs, MS Paint

I use two programs, MS Paint (which comes on your computer) and GIMP (a free download). If I'm confident with my linearting without using much construction/pose planning, I use MS Paint to make outlines, save the lines, then take it into GIMP and play with it there. If I need planning for pose/anatomy, I use GIMP, that way I have layers. I also use a tablet, though.

You might like to try out Harmony; its easy program to use and no need to download anything, it has many neat textures to play with.
