I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but if you're wondering how to post pictures, it's really quite simple.

Simply upload your picture to a site like DeviantArt or Photobucket which will put the picture into a format that is readable here. Once you have the web-adress of your picture (should be in the format http... .jpg/.png whatever) then you can post it on here under the 'create a new picture' link, posting your link between [ img ] [ /img ] tags (minus the spaces).
