P.S. You can't post on your OG account because it has a display name. Sadly, those stopped working, and you can only send comments without a display name, or with a display name that is a different capitalization of your username. E.g. HYDDE and Hydde would work as display names, but Hidden would not.

i thought that might be the problem, but even getting rid of my display name i still had the same problem, it really does seem like the issue was the unicode heart symbol i tried to include- also i've noticed the pictogram links aren't working anymore?
The only place you can use special characters symbols, cyrillic etc are in the blog posts themselves, you can't use them in blog titles or picto/user names etc cos the site hates it.
Also the picto pages broke when flash died. A bunch of things broke a few years ago when Michael fiddled with the servers and he hasn't bothered to fix it since.
